I don’t usually use car washes very often, but my experience was honestly fantastic—and a big reason for that was Jazz. From the moment I pulled in, Jazz was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy to understand. I had a fantastic experience at this car wash! The service was quick, thorough, and my car looks spotless. Special thanks to Josiah, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend this place if you want your car looking its best!
Jazz greeted me right away with a warm smile and walked me through the wash options so I could choose what worked best for my car. She was patient, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was set before sending me through. After the wash, she checked in to make sure I was happy with the results. The car looked great, but the customer service from Jazz is what really stood out!
I went to this car wash on Thursday and Frankie was a really great help. He was so kind and was working so hard. I’ve been here before and have seen him, he’s AMAZING! He handles situations so well. I will continue to come here thanking him!! Such an outstanding young man!
Prior to the other day, I’ve had no issues with this car wash. After running my car through the wash, I noted there were black dots all along the sides / undercarriage of my car. I spent 15 minutes scrubbing the soot / substance off my car, as it was sprayed up from them not cleaning out the car wash. I spoke with Dom, the “manager” who told me to take it to Corporate..
