Prior to the other day, I’ve had no issues with this car wash. After running my car through the wash, I noted there were black dots all along the sides / undercarriage of my car. I spent 15 minutes scrubbing the soot / substance off my car, as it was sprayed up from them not cleaning out the car wash. I spoke with Dom, the “manager” who told me to take it to Corporate.. Chris is an outstanding employee at Tidal Wash. From the moment I drove up, Chris greeted me with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. He were incredibly knowledgeable about the different wash packages and helped me choose the perfect one for my needs. What really stood out was Chris’s attention to detail. They took the time to pre-wash my car, ensuring that all the tough spots were addressed before sending it through the wash. After the wash, Chris hand-dried my car with care, leaving it spotless and gleaming.
Bobby and Aimi did the pre-clean for my car with the Graph-X4 package, and both did a PHENOMENAL job! They were really meticulous and detailed with the pre-clean, which is something I don’t really see too often nowadays. I travel a fair amount, which results in large stubborn build-ups of bug guts caking the front end of my car, and these two made sure to take the time to scrub a lot of that off! Amazing service!
Ive gone to many car washes in my life but none got my car as clean as Tidal Wave. I especially liked the fact that they scrub the car before they send me through the wash. I believe his name was Jaime, he spent a little extra time to get some extra dirt off of my car. My car had never been so clean
