Prior to the other day, I’ve had no issues with this car wash. After running my car through the wash, I noted there were black dots all along the sides / undercarriage of my car. I spent 15 minutes scrubbing the soot / substance off my car, as it was sprayed up from them not cleaning out the car wash. I spoke with Dom, the “manager” who told me to take it to Corporate.. Chris is an outstanding employee at Tidal Wash. From the moment I drove up, Chris greeted me with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. He were incredibly knowledgeable about the different wash packages and helped me choose the perfect one for my needs. What really stood out was Chris’s attention to detail. They took the time to pre-wash my car, ensuring that all the tough spots were addressed before sending it through the wash. After the wash, Chris hand-dried my car with care, leaving it spotless and gleaming.
Have to take the time to leave a review after today’s wash. 5 Stars aren’t enough. Really appreciate the focus on the pre cleaning before the wash today. Pretty sure my car has never been so clean!
The first few times I used this location I felt like I fit my moneys worth. $30 for a car wash is kind of high so I expect my car to be clean when I leave. This time it seemed like everyone working was a teen. The 2 girls with the scrub brushes gave the least amount of effort essentially just splashing water on the windshield and absolutely no actual scrubbing for the bugs on the hood or lights. I came here yesterday for the first time and I will not be returning.. They guy who greeted me (don't recall his name) was super friendly and gave me a good impression at first which is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I will say, my car was pretty dirty as I just got back from a 4 hour trip from Branson, MO. However, I paid $22 for a car wash and the results were extremely mediocre.
