Ricky was Phenomenal. He was detailed with the window cleaning before the vehicle went through the wash. The car wash was relaxing and left my vehicle smelling and looking clean. 🧼 Our membership is definitely worth it!
It took two washes to clean my car. This is solely due to the water and dryer not turning on at all during my initial wash. I paid $17 and it should be right the first time. I shouldn’t have to go twice and the second time it was more backed up than the first time. During the second wash, the employee didn’t instruct me to turn my car more making my car go off the tracks during it too, luckily we got it fixed..I would’ve like the employee at the window (ginger male) to offer more customer service but no he just said okay abo... read more
Alyssa was fantastic at the Raytown location. She did an excellent job, she definitely goes the extra mile in making sure your car is clean. She provided top tier service, which was something I didn't expect with purchasing a basic level car wash. Thank you so much Alyssa!!
Great place to get a membership to wash your car. You let them clean the outside and after you can clean the inside of your car. They provide glass cleaner and rags with 2 kinds of vacuums. 1 for the large areas as and a 2nd for the harder to reach places.
Missed the lady's name but absolutely phenomenal customer service at the Raytown location. The soap smiley on the window made my 2 year olds night! Will be signing up for a membership at this location just because of this encounter thank you Tidal Waves!
