My husband has a membership here and we have been using it often but were saddened with our results today. We went through like normal but while going through the car wash it felt as though my car was hitting something and stopped moving very harshly. The two guys who get you lined up in the beginning noticed and then my car went through normally. I will not be returning to this establishment. I drive a larger truck, and the entrance is already extremely tight to navigate. While attempting to pay, I accidentally bumped one of their outdoor fixtures. Instead of addressing it professionally, an employee loudly yelled “DAMN,” which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I then proceeded to the car wash while already pressed for time. Attendant inside the tunnel didn’t want to be at work today I guess. Careless attitude that quickly turned to screaming when I didn’t get my car in neutral immediately. A simple 2-3 seconds of customer service at the entrance would have prevented this. I’m not a frequent user of automatic car washes and it’s been a long time since my last one, so I can acknowledge I needed some instruction. Vehicle damaged - No Accountability We’ve been a monthly member at Total Waves Car Wash in Raytown , but after this experience we will not be returning. On 12/17/25, we went through the car wash as instructed, with my truck in neutral while being moved by their conveyor system. During the wash, my truck was pushed into the car in front of me, and then the car behind me was pushed into the rear of my truck.
