My husband has a membership here and we have been using it often but were saddened with our results today. We went through like normal but while going through the car wash it felt as though my car was hitting something and stopped moving very harshly. The two guys who get you lined up in the beginning noticed and then my car went through normally. Beware of Manager Brandon! Yesterday, as I was entering the car wash; one of the men broke my Infiniti emblem when scrubbing the front. One of the gentlemen, (who I later found out was the manager)first alerted me the emblem broke and he would try to repair. After 5 min and a long line, he brought the emblem to me stating it was broken before I got there. I knew then something was up; it wasn't broke before I arrived. He was extremely amazing. Very helpful. I love this location. All of their staff is very kind. Very helpful. I have company magnetic stickers on the side of my vehicle. He didn’t want them to fly off so he handed them to me. I truly truly appreciate this location in their team. Ricky is awesome.
I have done both Go Car Wash and Tidal car wash. And after 3 months of attending Tidal on a consistent bases it just didn't feel right to not give where credit was due. I can say with sincere confidence that Tidal though more expensive is so worth the money for two reasons. Not only am I confident the no matter how dirty my car could be because trust me there have been times when I thought I'd have to through a few times but I was genuinely shocked each time I drove through and my car looked like new everytime without fail.... read more
