My husband has a membership here and we have been using it often but were saddened with our results today. We went through like normal but while going through the car wash it felt as though my car was hitting something and stopped moving very harshly. The two guys who get you lined up in the beginning noticed and then my car went through normally. Vehicle damaged - No Accountability We’ve been a monthly member at Total Waves Car Wash in Raytown , but after this experience we will not be returning. On 12/17/25, we went through the car wash as instructed, with my truck in neutral while being moved by their conveyor system. During the wash, my truck was pushed into the car in front of me, and then the car behind me was pushed into the rear of my truck. Beware of Manager Brandon! Yesterday, as I was entering the car wash; one of the men broke my Infiniti emblem when scrubbing the front. One of the gentlemen, (who I later found out was the manager)first alerted me the emblem broke and he would try to repair. After 5 min and a long line, he brought the emblem to me stating it was broken before I got there. I knew then something was up; it wasn't broke before I arrived. He was extremely amazing. Very helpful. I love this location. All of their staff is very kind. Very helpful. I have company magnetic stickers on the side of my vehicle. He didn’t want them to fly off so he handed them to me. I truly truly appreciate this location in their team. Ricky is awesome.
