My husband has a membership here and we have been using it often but were saddened with our results today. We went through like normal but while going through the car wash it felt as though my car was hitting something and stopped moving very harshly. The two guys who get you lined up in the beginning noticed and then my car went through normally. Vehicle damaged - No Accountability We’ve been a monthly member at Total Waves Car Wash in Raytown , but after this experience we will not be returning. On 12/17/25, we went through the car wash as instructed, with my truck in neutral while being moved by their conveyor system. During the wash, my truck was pushed into the car in front of me, and then the car behind me was pushed into the rear of my truck. This place Very nice it is very clean. The staff is always courteous and helpful. My car always looks good when done.
Ricky is awesome! Always friendly and sort.of goes that "extra mile" in scrubbing the grill and/or windshield. It's always great when I see him when I come through. I do wish the wash ending roller.went further along my car though- it seems to stop rolling far.too soon( stops at about the driver's seat) Generally though a very good car wash
Follow-up to my previous review The owner responded stating that “no negligence was found.” I want to clarify that this is Total Waves Car Wash’s conclusion, not an agreed-upon or independent finding. My vehicle was damaged on 12/17/25 while on their conveyor system, in neutral, and operated exactly as instructed. During the wash, a chain-reaction collision occurred due to vehicles being spaced too closely together, resulting in my truck being struck both front and rear.
