It took two washes to clean my car. This is solely due to the water and dryer not turning on at all during my initial wash. I paid $17 and it should be right the first time. I shouldn’t have to go twice and the second time it was more backed up than the first time. During the second wash, the employee didn’t instruct me to turn my car more making my car go off the tracks during it too, luckily we got it fixed..I would’ve like the employee at the window (ginger male) to offer more customer service but no he just said okay abo... read more
Alyssa was fantastic at the Raytown location. She did an excellent job, she definitely goes the extra mile in making sure your car is clean. She provided top tier service, which was something I didn't expect with purchasing a basic level car wash. Thank you so much Alyssa!!
Normally I love this place BUT TODAY it didn't get clean, and it's done that before so I asked the guy if I could go through again. MIKE was really not nice to me. He s!uggested I cancel my membership. Wow. Gonna call corporate!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Tidal Wave for several years, but today’s experience was deeply disturbing and frightening. When I arrived for a wash, the membership lane was backed up, while the non-member lane was completely empty. I chose to go through the non-member lane to avoid the wait. As I approached the scanner, my membership sticker failed to scan. A younger employee kindly attempted to assist but wasn’t able to resolve the issue. Alisa is the hardest working employee of the Raytown Tidal Wave Auto Spa Car Wash. She is helpful, courteous and very through. A lot of the people that work there are young kids and have no work ethics. Near by car wash does a better wash and sometimes I go there. I wish more employees did a better job. Most times I have to wipe dirt off my vehicle or its not totally clean. Don't know how long I will remain a customer. It's all about a clean car the first time.
