Pretty good job cleaning, I have two cars I take in here with my membership, one small suv and a large pickup. The suv gets pretty clean but the truck tailgate almost doesn't get touched. Not sure how will a sedan would be cleaned.
Attendant inside the tunnel didn’t want to be at work today I guess. Careless attitude that quickly turned to screaming when I didn’t get my car in neutral immediately. A simple 2-3 seconds of customer service at the entrance would have prevented this. I’m not a frequent user of automatic car washes and it’s been a long time since my last one, so I can acknowledge I needed some instruction. This place Very nice it is very clean. The staff is always courteous and helpful. My car always looks good when done.
He was extremely amazing. Very helpful. I love this location. All of their staff is very kind. Very helpful. I have company magnetic stickers on the side of my vehicle. He didn’t want them to fly off so he handed them to me. I truly truly appreciate this location in their team. Ricky is awesome.
Beware of Manager Brandon! Yesterday, as I was entering the car wash; one of the men broke my Infiniti emblem when scrubbing the front. One of the gentlemen, (who I later found out was the manager)first alerted me the emblem broke and he would try to repair. After 5 min and a long line, he brought the emblem to me stating it was broken before I got there. I knew then something was up; it wasn't broke before I arrived.
