I like Tidal Wave because unlike other car washes the vacuums actually have good suction. I don't like the fact that every time I go there are all kinds of signs saying Absolutely NO Loud Music but almost every time I go there are people playing loud music. I don't mind some of the good music but when it is the rap/foul language stuff that is what I don't like. Why have the rule and post signs if no one there enforces it?
7/12/26 Iv been here once before. I do enjoy the towels, high pressure vacuums and big trash cans and window cleaner after a wash.. Oh, you wanted to know about the wash? Oh sorry... First off it's $12 for touch brush. Not happy about the price and I do prefer touch less however, when your vehicle is weeks needed cleaned then yeah, you'll need this. For price is kinda high. But after the wash, my truck was really clean! So I guess I can't complain much. It needed it. It's been awhile since I washed it. Turned out great. ... read more
Love this place awesome 42 bucks u wash your car unlimitedly in a month plus towels and windows cleaner and my tires shined oh wow.
Pretty good job cleaning, I have two cars I take in here with my membership, one small suv and a large pickup. The suv gets pretty clean but the truck tailgate almost doesn't get touched. Not sure how will a sedan would be cleaned.
I wanted to edit this review because I have tried that link multiple times. I don’t have my membership number. I’ve looked in my email. I was never sent a number therefore using this link is inadequate. I have filled this out twice already and no one has gotten back to me. Customer service will ignore your requests to cancel. I’ve asked for almost 2weeks to cancel. No one will get back to me.
