Pretty good job cleaning, I have two cars I take in here with my membership, one small suv and a large pickup. The suv gets pretty clean but the truck tailgate almost doesn't get touched. Not sure how will a sedan would be cleaned.
Attendant inside the tunnel didn’t want to be at work today I guess. Careless attitude that quickly turned to screaming when I didn’t get my car in neutral immediately. A simple 2-3 seconds of customer service at the entrance would have prevented this. I like Tidal Wave because unlike other car washes the vacuums actually have good suction. I don't like the fact that every time I go there are all kinds of signs saying Absolutely NO Loud Music but almost every time I go there are people playing loud music. I don't mind some of the good music but when it is the rap/foul language stuff that is what I don't like. Why have the rule and post signs if no one there enforces it?
This place Very nice it is very clean. The staff is always courteous and helpful. My car always looks good when done.
7/12/26 Iv been here once before. I do enjoy the towels, high pressure vacuums and big trash cans and window cleaner after a wash.. Oh, you wanted to know about the wash? Oh sorry... First off it's $12 for touch brush. Not happy about the price and I do prefer touch less however, when your vehicle is weeks needed cleaned then yeah, you'll need this. For price is kinda high.
