Such a great place to get your car washed! The owner helped us and she was very friendly and kind. She didn't try to upsell us. She just asked questions to get us the wash we needed and told us about the different service available. The car wash itself was a great experience. They pressure washed the bugs and dirt off and then after the automatic wash itself, there is an area to spray and clean your tires as well as vacuum out your vehicle. Top notch car wash.
I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash thanks to Levi. He was very kind, cordial, and extremely helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to meet someone who takes that much pride in their job and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Levi went above and beyond, and it truly made a difference. Tidal Wave is blessed to have him on their team! Highly recommended.
Tidal Wave is great. Great service, friendly staff, car comes out clean every time. I live on dirt and this time of the year is especially sticky. I also want to give a special shout out to Olyvia, she’s always smiling and friendly. Great place, great people. Glad to have the wash available in Mtn Home!

We had a situation where someone upchucked in our van on the way to a leadership conference. The woman who helped us allowed us to bypass the carwash and use the vacuums to help clean up, without charge. This was very much appreciated and impressive! We were able to complete our trip in much more favorable fashion. Thank you! Highly recommended!
