Such a great place to get your car washed! The owner helped us and she was very friendly and kind. She didn't try to upsell us. She just asked questions to get us the wash we needed and told us about the different service available. The car wash itself was a great experience. They pressure washed the bugs and dirt off and then after the automatic wash itself, there is an area to spray and clean your tires as well as vacuum out your vehicle. Top notch car wash.
I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash thanks to Levi. He was very kind, cordial, and extremely helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to meet someone who takes that much pride in their job and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Levi went above and beyond, and it truly made a difference. Tidal Wave is blessed to have him on their team! Highly recommended.
It’s a great car wash! No scratches and they take a lot of care into making sure it’s working properly! Only thing I can say is the side mirrors can be pushed in but that’s nothing really!
My five stars is directed toward the customer service I received from Levi. If I was to give a rating on the wash, it would be three stars. Levi went above and beyond since day one creating my membership, even staying late that first time to try and figure it out and to Give me my first wash at tidal wave.
