I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash thanks to Levi. He was very kind, cordial, and extremely helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to meet someone who takes that much pride in their job and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Levi went above and beyond, and it truly made a difference. Tidal Wave is blessed to have him on their team! Highly recommended.
Such a great place to get your car washed! The owner helped us and she was very friendly and kind. She didn't try to upsell us. She just asked questions to get us the wash we needed and told us about the different service available. The car wash itself was a great experience. They pressure washed the bugs and dirt off and then after the automatic wash itself, there is an area to spray and clean your tires as well as vacuum out your vehicle. Top notch car wash.

On Jan 11 around 6 or so had a good wash at tidal wave Mountain hime ID. The staff was nice and helpful and was happy to say hi to my pups Evan nick and David did a great job just very nice guys and there was one guy working at a great piece but I could still tell he was paying attention to detail I’m guess it was the new guy.
