Paid $26 for a wash that was as good as a 5 year old with a garden hose. Anyone posting a good review must have had a clean vehicle prior to getting it washed.
I love this place! If the wash doesn't get it the first time, well, that's why I pay for unlimited washes. This morning I went in and the manager was having a tough morning. She continously apologized and smiled. I made sure she knew I wasn't upset about the wait. I don't expect perfection from a drive through car wash. Tital Wave does exactly what it should: provide a drive through wash. The manager provided great customer service and I'm pleased with my membership. Thanks Tital Wave!
Amazing service! Susan and Kynlee went above and beyond to help me with my membership. Another young lady prepped my car before it went into the wash and did a thorough job. My SUV came out extremely clean. Great job, ladies!
I pay annual membership. I bought the dry and shine package, which is $5 more a month. The reason I did is I drive a pick-up and I'm disable and it's difficult for me to dry off the roof. The last 10 times I've been through the wash the drying wheel is not working. I called corporate, they said they would have someone to call me. That's been days ago. Customer service is terrible. it took days just to get a rep. Didn't want to leave a bad review. I could not get anyone's attention.
This location closes regularly. I pay a monthy membership that I cannot use when I need to. The wash doesn't do that great of a job to begin with, but it was enough to get by if you wash it every day or every other day. With the constant closings it's not worth it at all. I'm adding this after the owners reply. This is at least the third month they have had an extended closing. I'm not complaining because of one event. The employees told me Wednesday it was due to not receiving chemicals to run the wash.
