Unacceptable Refusal of Car Wash service: I recently visited Title Car Wash, and I was left thoroughly disappointed by my experience. When I arrived, I was informed that they would not wash my car because it was "too dirty." I find it baffling that a car wash would refuse to clean a car based on its level of dirtiness, especially when their process includes power washing off extra dirt before the vehicle even goes through the machine. Terrible Experience – Damaged trucks Due to Equipment Malfunction! I had an awful experience at this car wash, and I strongly urge others to think twice before coming here. During my visit, there was a serious equipment malfunction that caused a backup in the wash tunnel. Scratches all over my car and never get a membership with them. You can never cancel their membership their fraudulent company. I ended up having to cancel my credit card because every time I tried with them they never responded and kept charging my credit card.
