Car still dirty after and a new scratch and then before the wash the dude lied to me. He said 12 a month for unlimited. I asked for more details and said multiple times im only saying yes cause its usually 25 not 12 and after he swiped he thennnn told me well yeah next month its 24... he intentionally lied for the sale. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is always a great experience, but I have to give a special shout-out to Zeian! He consistently goes above and beyond—friendly, professional, and pays attention to the little details that make a big difference. My car always looks spotless after a visit, and Zeian’s positive attitude makes the whole process even better. Highly recommend this location, and especially Zeian if you want top-notch service!
I love Tidal wave! The car wash always does an excellent job. I love the convenience of the detailing area and the staff are always so pleasant especially Ben, never see him without a big welcoming smile!
Unacceptable Refusal of Car Wash service: I recently visited Title Car Wash, and I was left thoroughly disappointed by my experience. When I arrived, I was informed that they would not wash my car because it was "too dirty." I find it baffling that a car wash would refuse to clean a car based on its level of dirtiness, especially when their process includes power washing off extra dirt before the vehicle even goes through the machine. Outstanding Service! The service was excellent from start to finish. By the end of my visit, my car needed a jump, and Ben came to the rescue. He quickly arrived with a portable jump starter and got my car running again in no time. It saved me so much time and stress trying to figure out what to do next.
