Car still dirty after and a new scratch and then before the wash the dude lied to me. He said 12 a month for unlimited. I asked for more details and said multiple times im only saying yes cause its usually 25 not 12 and after he swiped he thennnn told me well yeah next month its 24... he intentionally lied for the sale. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is always a great experience, but I have to give a special shout-out to Zeian! He consistently goes above and beyond—friendly, professional, and pays attention to the little details that make a big difference. My car always looks spotless after a visit, and Zeian’s positive attitude makes the whole process even better. Highly recommend this location, and especially Zeian if you want top-notch service!
Amazing place. Always free vacuumed under a shaded area. Super easy to get a quality car wash. Prices can be high for just getting one car wash, but that is negated if you get the membership. Fully recommend membership. Super nice staff that work very hard to provide quality service.
I love Tidal wave! The car wash always does an excellent job. I love the convenience of the detailing area and the staff are always so pleasant especially Ben, never see him without a big welcoming smile!
Was my first time using this car wash and it was a GREAT experience! I had a lot of help choosing which wash I wanted from the front gate man then when I pulled around Ryan pre washed my car was extremely nice and very polite! When I was done he came over when I was vacuuming my car to make sure my car came out clean! Will definitely be going back more often! That Mann needs a raise!!! 😊
