Oh my goodness is this place great. Car wash really good and free vacuum was also great. There vacuums work really well. What I appreciated most was the great service! I locked myself out of my car while vacuuming and they went above and beyond to open it. I wish I had gotten there names, but it was a manager and service technician. I went on 6/2/26 @ 11:15 or so. I hope they can be recognized for their amazing service. I would definitely recommend Tidal Wave Auto Spa.
Tidal Wave is a great car wash in the Lake Jackson/Clute area! I’ve been a member for a few months and the staff here are always very friendly and helpful, and the car wash services you get are always superb. This may be controversial to Tidal Wave, but I only find their Tire Shine (the lowest wash/subscription tier) necessary. I pay $24 a month and get to wash my car every day. I dunno what's her name but she has a large tattoo on her leg. She is AWESOME!! She makes sure she prescrubs each vehicle flawlessly! She gives each vehicle the same attention no matter the rush of vehicles. Thank you for that!! She deserves a raise. The only bad thing I have to say about the wash is that it should have a better rinse at the end. Other than that I love coming here.
The two young men working the car wash did a great job. They were courteous and professional. They made sure my dog got a treat!
