I don’t know why but this car wash has gone down hill. I had my car washed yesterday and there was still dirt around my tires, bugs in my front end and bird poop still on my side window …
ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!!! I cannot recommend tidal wave more highly!!! From the moment I drove up, Cody was so incredibly helpful and friendly. He greeted me with a huge smile and asked how he could help me, what wash would work best for me. It sounds silly, but getting my car washed at this car wash made my day because of how friendly and excellent at his job Cody was. Would be a 5 star location with 5 star experience if they would keep people's radios at a lower level. Im a member and come here regularly weekly. I was there at 9 ish in the morning and they allowed a person to blare their music. I would have loved to enjoy MY music, book, or podcast that I was listening to but the music was TOO loud from one of the other patrons. Always extremely friendly and very helpful. Hector was one of the people that assisted me today and was very courteous. Cleans well and love the free vacuums.
Went Monday through the car wash. When I pulled up I was greeted by Trevor and Hector with such big smiles on their faces. They did a good job on my car. They are both hard workers very polite young men and professional!!
