I had a great experience at Tidal Wave and a big part of that was Lorenzo. From the moment I pulled in, he was professional, attentive, and clearly took pride in his work. The attention to detail was impressive — my car came out looking better than I expected. The service was efficient without feeling rushed, and Lorenzo’s customer service made the whole experience stand out. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job. I’ll definitely be back and will be asking for him by name. Highly recommend!
JJ is just awesome! He always has a smile on his face and always engages me, even if it’s just to acknowledge me, and nod hello as he preps my truck for wash, during which, he always catches my trouble spots, but also somehow moves me through quickly, too! Don’t lose that guy! He’s the best!
everytime i come through, im always greeted with a smile. and they pre-scrub my car before i enter the car wash, to ensure all the little things like bugs are off of my car. never had a bad experience. alot of help from Vanessa, noel and lorenzo. amazing carwash attendents! Never has a bad interaction and they always have a smile ready to get my car washed!! Gonna definitely keep my membership and keep coming! 🤝
Lorenzo has great customer service. All the employees are nice and have great customer service as well. Car wash keeps car clean at a great price and vaccuuns are top tear. Also great fiber cloths and free spay cone with the vacuums!
Wash was great and JJ got all the bugs to come off. Really appreciate that and vacuum worked great too.
