This was my 1st visit here. Mt car looks incredibly shiny! All the workers were very helpful & friendly. However Taylor had me cracking up & calming my fears of going through a car wash with my precious loved car. I will definitely be back!
I take my car to Tidal Wave in Springfield 3-5 times a week and Taylor G is always someone I look forward to seeing. He’s professional, friendly, and just a joy to see. My car is always clean when I finish going through the wash!!
Posted with a 4 star when thus place 1st opened. Today.. was completely different. Right side the spin things didn't even touch the truck. Still bird poop on the truck! The guys seemed nice enough but the wash it's self seems to be broken. I expected more for 30 dollars
Tyler was amazing! He offended me by saying roll tide roll. Then chomping gators. He asked me to leave a review. I said he was asking for a bad review. I did say that since he’s in TN he must bleed orange somewhere. He made the visit fun and we will be back for sure!
Don't go here if your vehicle is high profile at all, the extremely short man who's the attendant will look over your vehicle looking for a reason to deny you, as he did me today. Response, this answer is bs because I drove right to the White House location and they took care of the me, they take care of their customers instead of judging them to see if they deem worthy of your service. The short man at the front is doing your business no favors. Btw the link doesn't work go figure.
