I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! Jackson did an incredible job managing a long line of cars with very little help. He stayed calm, professional, and kept everything moving efficiently despite how busy it was. It was impressive to see how well he handled the pressure while still being friendly and attentive. Truly great customer service!

Kackson is the most professional young guy. He is very sweet, and kind. If je sees someone struggling with entry box he is right tjere to jelp you oit. Loved my experience at Tidal will definitely recommend to othera and make thos my go to car spa.

Jackson is by far the most valuable employee of the entire franchise. He single-handedly handles insurmountable stress while still keeping customers like me happy in a high-traffic, high-speed environment. I will definitely be coming back to this establishment.
