I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! Jackson did an incredible job managing a long line of cars with very little help. He stayed calm, professional, and kept everything moving efficiently despite how busy it was. It was impressive to see how well he handled the pressure while still being friendly and attentive. Truly great customer service!
ZACH and the whole crew at this tidal wave are awesome! They care about the customer and want to be sure they get good customer service and a good wash. I'm a monthly member for 4 cars now because they are kind, hardworking people and I get a good car wash...so, why would I go anywhere else! And the membership saves me money I did not realize I was spending each month! It's great! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
I come there here atleast once a week to get my car washed off. I’m usually helped by either Noah or cj and thy both do a great job scrubbing my car it always comes out looking brand new. Forever thankful for this place and the employees
Great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! Jack was very helpful, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. He explained everything clearly and provided excellent customer service. My car looks amazing. Definitely coming back!
Kackson is the most professional young guy. He is very sweet, and kind. If je sees someone struggling with entry box he is right tjere to jelp you oit. Loved my experience at Tidal will definitely recommend to othera and make thos my go to car spa.
