I’ve been coming here for about 9+ months now and have had the graph x4 membership on and off and not once have I been required to put my fast pass sticker on my windshield. I think it’s extremely unreasonable to force me to put a sticker on a car that I paid for. id much rather cancel my membership than put an unsightly sticker on my windshield. The wash its self is above average at best and swirls the paint anyways.
Posted with a 4 star when thus place 1st opened. Today.. was completely different. Right side the spin things didn't even touch the truck. Still bird poop on the truck! The guys seemed nice enough but the wash it's self seems to be broken. I expected more for 30 dollars
This was my 1st visit here. Mt car looks incredibly shiny! All the workers were very helpful & friendly. However Taylor had me cracking up & calming my fears of going through a car wash with my precious loved car. I will definitely be back!
Damaged my vehicle and was told they wouldn’t fix it! It pulled the top trim up from my front windshield. And got the adhesive all over the roof. Make sure you know what your signing up for! Update, manager of the tidal wave did wipe off the adhesive himself but tidal wave told me the were not responsible for the damages. And update on damage now my windshield is cracked! I didn’t notice it before but it is starting to split down my windshield! I’m sure they won’t cover that either!! Photos to come
Taylor was the best! Nice upbeat and made sure to get the best cash wash in Springfield! Even better he is Alabama fan Roll Tide!
