This Tidal Wave location is the best of all the locations I’ve been to, as well as other car washes I have used. I’m pretty sure I’ve left a review for this location before, but feel they could always use a good shoutout. I have a membership for my work truck that is dirty almost every time I go through the car wash, so I don’t really expect more than just wiping my windshield and sending me through because more than likely it will be right back dirty the next day. This place gets more awsome every time I visit. The manager (I'm assuming he's the manager) really makes the place hum☺️!. Great customer service is his name of game, and he's definitely the MVP, rookie of the year, and CHANPION! But if that wasn't enough, they really have everything you need to make your vehicle BRAND NEW if you so desire. So with these factors considered, Tidal Wave Auto Spa (LaVergne) is truly the kind of business this country and WORLD needs on every corner, in every community👌🏾👍🏽
Absolutely love this car wash! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area! Cleaned my car very well. Bryan was an absolute help, helped me choose the right wash for my car, even got me signed up for a membership. Will be coming everyday! I even uploaded before and after pics!!

I have been a longstanding customer and pay the top price for the monthly membership.I own 2 businesses and have a real concern the last couple of times I have visited this location.I went there around 3:00 yesterday and pulled up waited at least 3 minutes for someone to direct me into the car wash and then didn't even scrub my car before entering.Then I get finished to vacuum my car the vacuum hose falls apart and no towels available but dirty towels completely filled up.I really do like this location but to many cheaper op... read more
