Cool place, but I’m not very impressed with the actual wash itself. I had decided I would get the monthly package if my suv came out looking pretty great, but I’m passing on this one.
I have been a longstanding customer and pay the top price for the monthly membership.I own 2 businesses and have a real concern the last couple of times I have visited this location.I went there around 3:00 yesterday and pulled up waited at least 3 minutes for someone to direct me into the car wash and then didn't even scrub my car before entering.Then I get finished to vacuum my car the vacuum hose falls apart and no towels available but dirty towels completely filled up.I really do like this location but to many cheaper op... read more
Really bad experience, 3 guys talking each other, wait 3 minutes and by the end nobody brush the car, pay for not a good service
I had an awesome experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! The service was quick, and the place was super clean and well-organized. I especially want to shout out Ahmad—he was absolutely amazing. He greeted me with a friendly smile, explained the different wash options clearly, and made sure my car came out spotless. You can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be coming back, thanks to the excellent service and Ahmad’s great attitude!
Awesome staff! They always have a positive attitude in any weather conditions. The wash does a great job on your vehicle so do the vacuums. I’m never disappointed at this place.
