Very nice staff! Vacuums and stations by them work great and unless there's snow they are always stocked and such. There are times you can tell the brushes have dirt or smaller debris in them between spray downs or switch outs that they leave circle marks on the finish of the vehicle.
I LOVE Tidal Wave in Marshfield! They have everything you need to wash, dry and clean your vehicle. I love the air hoses they provide...so easy to get all water out of the crevices! And the vacuums are the most powerful I've ever used! I think they'd suck your clothing off if one is not careful!! I have nothing but the highest reviews for Tidal Wave!
Always great service. I never wait long and the price is absolutely a steal compared to Kwik Trip. I needed my mats cleaned up and when I asked the gentleman if there was a place for me to clean them and GLADLY said “ I’ll take’em for ya and bring em back”. He did a wonderful job, was very friendly and professional and I really appreciate the feeling of some “good’ol service”. Great experience and I highly recommend it!
Max was very helpful to any questions I had on the monthly subscription. Customer service in general was awesome! They even had fresh towels to wipe down your car! The suction on the vacuums were amazing and my car came out perfect!! Definitely worth the price and will be coming back
Great price. Great vacuums. Rust proofing in the winter. Wash removes the soap film other car washes leave behind. It’ll make your car look new again. Also, never any waiting! They power washed my floor mats the last time I was there. I thought they needed replacing. They look like new again. BTW this is all with just the basic wash. I highly recommend Tidal Wave Auto Spa.
