Max was very helpful to any questions I had on the monthly subscription. Customer service in general was awesome! They even had fresh towels to wipe down your car! The suction on the vacuums were amazing and my car came out perfect!! Definitely worth the price and will be coming back
Dave provided us awesome service today! Helped us get a vehicle added to the family plan, offered to pressure wash the mats and was friendly and easy to work with. Suggestion: For trucks with steps, have person spraying when entering to also spray down the steps to get all the mud off.
Nice. I asked if there was a place that I could wash my floor mats and the attendant said they would do it and bring them to the vacuum area when done. Great service
Excellent car wash and even better service. Dave came out and asking if I wanted my all weather mats washed off. They look new again! Amazing!! Super friendly and helpful.
The Tidal Wave attendant let me use the vacuums for free without getting an unnecessary car wash. They generally change $5 for just the vacuums. The attendant even offered to wash off my floor mats for me (I declined. He shouldn't work for free.) Excellent service by staff and greatly appreciated!
