I will never bring my vehicle back to Tidal Wave. I had two separate, unacceptable experiences that resulted in physical damage to my car. On my first visit, the equipment was so aggressive it actually shredded the paint off the back of my vehicle. Against my better judgment, I gave them a second chance, only to have the machinery tear the rear windshield wiper completely off the next time I went through. I love my monthly subscription!! The vacuums are like nothing I’ve used. I have 3 boys and a puppy. I want to thank Christian for his kindness. I should up late and another car was in front of me with difficulties getting through. Christian still allowed me to go through after hours and kept the suctions on until I was finished. Great professionalism and patience. You will be keeping me as a customer!! Thank you.

I have a new SUV and Tidal Wave is totally the best to keep it looking new. You get a great wash then move to the vacuum station + air + towels + spray cleaner if you need it. I have never had anyone ask me how my vehicle wash was until Tidal Wave and Maxwell was the guy. Looks like a great place to work
Car never comes out clean. Passenger side never gets washed or rinsed every time we go in. Carwash has scratched my brand new jeep in two spots. For the price you pay you should get better service. Don't recommend.
