I love my monthly subscription!! The vacuums are like nothing I’ve used. I have 3 boys and a puppy. I want to thank Christian for his kindness. I should up late and another car was in front of me with difficulties getting through. Christian still allowed me to go through after hours and kept the suctions on until I was finished. Great professionalism and patience. You will be keeping me as a customer!! Thank you.
Amazing experience! The manager is especially kind and professional. The experience was so much better than all of the other car washes in the area (there are several) that both my wife and I became monthly members. Great wash, the wash takes a effective amount of time, and most of all they give free vacuum and free microfiber and sprays for your interior. They also have a air blast pistol which is really really great to clean interior. Wash options are great and reasonable prices for what you're getting. The wash uses proper pressure jets for rinse and plenty of soap. Lastly but most of all the service is A+, all the staff working are helpful and attentive. I have a new SUV and Tidal Wave is totally the best to keep it looking new. You get a great wash then move to the vacuum station + air + towels + spray cleaner if you need it. I have never had anyone ask me how my vehicle wash was until Tidal Wave and Maxwell was the guy. Looks like a great place to work
Car never comes out clean. Passenger side never gets washed or rinsed every time we go in. Carwash has scratched my brand new jeep in two spots. For the price you pay you should get better service. Don't recommend.
