Scratches all over the hood of my car. I’ve always used touchless until getting a membership here and I’ve noticed a LOT of scratches on my hood today, I check after every wash. I have put in a request to cancel and I’m not sure how they can make this right. This is not okay. I got a membership on May 25th so this is after not even a month of using it. It’s like there’s gritty marks all over my hood and grill. I have filed a report.
Love the car wash, Logan is always working and he is a great guy. I have washed my car for months here and it is one of the greatest car wash experiences I have had. Great workers and high quality.
Paid $33 for a wash and didn't even wash the truck very well. Dirt evey where on truck still
Expensive, takes you through pretty fast and leaves residue on the car. Car was nearly clean and it looks like I had dust and rain wash off the roof.
STAY AWAY WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! I signed up for a monthly plan after 1 month they DOUBLED the cost with out asking.. I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR IT FOR MONTHS!!!! I finally noticed, I ASKED FOR IT TO BE CANCELLED and a REFUND FOR 1 MONTH!!!! of course they could not refund the ANY OF IT!!!! But they would refund a portion if I stayed with them!!!! I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !!!! This is a small town establishment. They should be ashamed of themselves and how they treat their customers.
