I recently visited Tidal Car Wash in Cambridge and had a great experience. I was helped by a young adult who was very kind and patient while I decided which wash to get. She mentioned the Graph-X option while I was considering the Dry & Shine, and we ended up choosing the top wash since it was only about $10 and included everything. Minnesota: Tidal Wave will not give a discount/refund if they are not open. Its your problem. I was told by customer service that if you see someone in the booth or cones out you should honk your horn at them until they come out to tell you the reason they are closed!... No, sorry I'm not a Karen and am not going to be rude like that. If its a nice day and they are closed, they should offer a discount or upgrade the next visit. Very poor customer service and "policies" from the company.
Scratches all over the hood of my car. I’ve always used touchless until getting a membership here and I’ve noticed a LOT of scratches on my hood today, I check after every wash. I have put in a request to cancel and I’m not sure how they can make this right. This is not okay. I got a membership on May 25th so this is after not even a month of using it. It’s like there’s gritty marks all over my hood and grill. I have filed a report.
This car wash rocks, especially a day after an icy snowfall. Don’t mess around with gas station car wash. Is that you end up going through twice on a snowy day. This place is the best car wash around.
Love the car wash, Logan is always working and he is a great guy. I have washed my car for months here and it is one of the greatest car wash experiences I have had. Great workers and high quality.
