Scratches all over the hood of my car. I’ve always used touchless until getting a membership here and I’ve noticed a LOT of scratches on my hood today, I check after every wash. I have put in a request to cancel and I’m not sure how they can make this right. This is not okay. I got a membership on May 25th so this is after not even a month of using it. It’s like there’s gritty marks all over my hood and grill. I have filed a report.
Love the car wash, Logan is always working and he is a great guy. I have washed my car for months here and it is one of the greatest car wash experiences I have had. Great workers and high quality.
Expensive, takes you through pretty fast and leaves residue on the car. Car was nearly clean and it looks like I had dust and rain wash off the roof.
Best car wash around, and even better customer service! I never noticed I was somehow paying for a second person (not sure what happened) but when it came to resolving it, it wasn't corporate that fixed it, it was the manager/owner (not sure what his title is) that fixed the issue. Saved us over $400. If you wash your car at least once a week, it's definitely worth it, much cheaper than a gas station wash.
STAY AWAY WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! I signed up for a monthly plan after 1 month they DOUBLED the cost with out asking.. I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR IT FOR MONTHS!!!! I finally noticed, I ASKED FOR IT TO BE CANCELLED and a REFUND FOR 1 MONTH!!!! of course they could not refund the ANY OF IT!!!! But they would refund a portion if I stayed with them!!!! I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !!!! This is a small town establishment. They should be ashamed of themselves and how they treat their customers.
