I recently visited Tidal Car Wash in Cambridge and had a great experience. I was helped by a young adult who was very kind and patient while I decided which wash to get. She mentioned the Graph-X option while I was considering the Dry & Shine, and we ended up choosing the top wash since it was only about $10 and included everything. I also had my 3-year-old daughter with me, and the employee even took a moment to say hi to her. When my daughter asked her name, she replied, “Amber!” which absolutely made my daughter’s day. Scratches all over the hood of my car. I’ve always used touchless until getting a membership here and I’ve noticed a LOT of scratches on my hood today, I check after every wash. I have put in a request to cancel and I’m not sure how they can make this right. This is not okay. I got a membership on May 25th so this is after not even a month of using it. It’s like there’s gritty marks all over my hood and grill. I have filed a report.
Love the car wash, Logan is always working and he is a great guy. I have washed my car for months here and it is one of the greatest car wash experiences I have had. Great workers and high quality.
The Manager Amber gave me a car wash and it was what i excited super clean and after she helped me clean my car inside and the service was above and beyond she id an amazing person and went beyond her expectations to help me!
Paid $33 for a wash and didn't even wash the truck very well. Dirt evey where on truck still
