Sorry for the rant in advance. I don’t know the fella’s name, but what a poor attitude. I’m not sure who you think you are, but Never ease your voice in distain to a customer. I pulled up to the membership lane gate and it didn’t open as has happened numerous times. ***Looking at my front camera*** I creeped up to the gate. I became a member during the promotional period of the grand opening. Just to test out the services and get my free wash, thinking I was done with automated washes for good. Let me tell you this…. After my very first wash with them my mind was changed, it started with me, then my wife, now I have my whole fleet of commercial vehicles as members.
