I’ve been a customer since the opening and used to have only good experiences and have said so on multiple forums, HOWEVER lately my car isn’t getting clean, I have to get out and dry it and yesterday the sensors didn’t activate so it dumped soap all over my car without washing or rinsing it. Typical experience at Tidal Wave. Great car wash with well stocked cleaning supplies. I visited on 2/27 around 3:00 pm. Two employees working with steady flow of cars. Only concern was no toilet paper in bathroom.

My experience at Tidal Wave started off pretty basic and normal. I pulled up picked the service I wanted and then went through the car wash. Afterwards I proceeded to vacuum my car and the vacuum sucked the gear shift label (P R N D) right out of my car. I had no idea it was loose. I freaked out a little, then I went up to one of the attendants and told her about it. She said that she would send someone over to open the vacuum filter so I could get it back. I met a wonderful young man at the Post office who gave a me card for a free car wash. I went in on Saturday and Mr. Paul was there. The experience was awesome!! Everyone that I came across was super nice and helpful. The vacuum system was really good, they had towels and cleaning spray available to use while you're there. Thank you Mr. Paul for a great experience. I will definitely be back.

Convenient location, consistent quality and quick. Also, importantly, very kind staff. Bryson has helped me a few times and is very polite. The manager lady with blonde hair has always been so kind and keeps a smile on her face, not just when greeting customers. She’s always happy to answer questions..sorry I can’t remember her name. Supplies are always readily available if you choose to self-serve on cleaning/vacuuming the inside of your vehicle. All around great.
