I come back home from Georgia this week and when I did my truck had gotten a little dirty from being home the interstate for 300+ miles so I decided to try out this place since it was right off the interstate. I had the pleasure of dealing with Gracie and she was so great to work with, I came in knowing I wanted the best package and she was eager to explain to me everything that came included in that. Next time I am back home I will definitely be back !
After all this rain we have had my truck had gotten a little dirty, went through the car wash there to give it a try and felt with Gracie, she was such a great person to work deal with. Super knowledgeable about the different options. I will definitely be back again!
I have a monthly membership. One month ago today, I went through, and it ripped the keypad off my driver door. I showed the employees who took pictures, and I filled out out a damage report. I was told the manager would contact me. I hadn't heard anything from them, so I followed up at the location several times. Someone finally gave me a business card for the manager.
