Chelena was so helpful and let me know the cleaners were available for everyone to use. I loved her attitude and she did such an awesome job pre cleaning my car before the car wash. The cleaner area was so well stocked and the bathroom was more clean than any car wash I have ever been to. I will definitely be coming back to this location to get my car washed in the future!!
Chelena did such a great job. 10’s across the board when it came to customer support. She was informative and answered any questions I had, the car wash was so nice and cleaned my car well. Definitely will come back just because of her.
I met a wonderful young man at the Post office who gave a me card for a free car wash. I went in on Saturday and Mr. Paul was there. The experience was awesome!! Everyone that I came across was super nice and helpful. The vacuum system was really good, they had towels and cleaning spray available to use while you're there. Thank you Mr. Paul for a great experience. I will definitely be back.
My experience at Tidal Wave started off pretty basic and normal. I pulled up picked the service I wanted and then went through the car wash. Afterwards I proceeded to vacuum my car and the vacuum sucked the gear shift label (P R N D) right out of my car. I had no idea it was loose. I freaked out a little, then I went up to one of the attendants and told her about it. She said that she would send someone over to open the vacuum filter so I could get it back. Love this place! I used to go to Alachua to a different car wash. Now that I'm in Lake City, I was looking for a car wash that could even hold a stone to my car wash in Alachua and this one is it. It is so convenient the rags are right there with you. You have your own stations. You vacuum on boats. You don't have to chase for towels and supplies. They're right there. That's what's so great convenient.
