My boyfriend visited this car wash on 01/12/26, and the experience was extremely disappointing. While going through the wash, he heard unusual noises that immediately seemed wrong. After exiting the tunnel, he pulled over to use the vacuums and checked the car right away. That’s when he noticed nine new scratches, chipped paint, and a chip in the windshield—damage that was not there before entering the wash. I had a fantastic experience, and extremely satisfied with the staff tidal Wave auto spa. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional for them to be so you. Aiden promptly greeted me with a smile and explained all l the wash options without being pushy. He answered all of my questions with patience. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is great—we go at least once every couple of weeks for a car wash. My car always comes out looking really clean and well taken care of. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate that they always pressure wash my rubber floor mats for me and take care of them whenever they need extra attention. LADIES !!!!!!!!! PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL AT THIS CAR WASH !!!! My boyfriend and I caught a black male in a dark gray-ish Chevy impala taking pictures of a woman’s behind as she was bent over cleaning her rugs. To make matters worse… she had a child with her !!!!! This happened last Sunday 9/21 in broad daylight. Today 9/24 I just happen to drive by to run errands and lo and behold ….. Great experience! Stopped in for a quick wash before I headed out of town. The young man at the entrance Aiden was very manner-able and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely visit again based off of the experience I received.
