I had an awesome experience at Tidal Wave! The self-serve stations were spotless, easy to use, and had everything I needed to get my car looking brand new again. The equipment was in great condition, and the pressure on the sprayers was perfect—strong enough to get the dirt off without being too aggressive. As I drove up I noticed the handsome guy at the kiosk(Kain). He was so helpful and easily talked me into an affordable car wash plan. The crew was super on task and my car looked amazing when I left. I will be a repeating customer and recommend them to everyone. Shout out to Kain!
I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Leesburg, GA! Ayden was an outstanding wash attendant—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. It's refreshing to see someone take pride in their work and provide excellent customer service. The wash itself was thorough, and the free vacuum stations are a nice bonus. Highly recommend!
Their machine damaged my vehicle on yesterday, and the managers are saying they are not responsible for the damages. On top of the machine snatching all my tires valve stems out and flattening my tires and damaging my custom rims, my vehicle was not clean!!!!! I even pointed out to the managers how bad my vehicle was damaged and still not clean. They looked at the dirt spots on the vehicle and took pictures of my damaged.
