LADIES !!!!!!!!! PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL AT THIS CAR WASH !!!! My boyfriend and I caught a black male in a dark gray-ish Chevy impala taking pictures of a woman’s behind as she was bent over cleaning her rugs. To make matters worse… she had a child with her !!!!! This happened last Sunday 9/21 in broad daylight. Today 9/24 I just happen to drive by to run errands and lo and behold ….. I had an awesome experience at Tidal Wave! The self-serve stations were spotless, easy to use, and had everything I needed to get my car looking brand new again. The equipment was in great condition, and the pressure on the sprayers was perfect—strong enough to get the dirt off without being too aggressive. A big shoutout to Kain English, who was on site and incredibly helpful. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was running smoothly. The attendant today was rude and made me uncomfortable. I came around noon. Typically they are nice but I will probably never come here again. I’d rather drive an additional 9 miles to the nearest car wash 🧼 before I use this establishment again.
As I drove up I noticed the handsome guy at the kiosk(Kain). He was so helpful and easily talked me into an affordable car wash plan. The crew was super on task and my car looked amazing when I left. I will be a repeating customer and recommend them to everyone. Shout out to Kain!
Not too bad but the smelly rags threw me off. Not particular about vacuums just being on one side either. Been trying to cancel my subscription online but you guys keep trying to hit my card multiple times a day to renew the subscription I don’t want.
