I use to use Tidal Wave Auto Spa, I have tried others and decided to come back. It's Saturday April 25, 2026. I purchased the largest package at a discounted rate for 30 days. They so called brushed front and back windshields, I proceeded to the wash. I had a fantastic experience, and extremely satisfied with the staff tidal Wave auto spa. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional for them to be so you. Aiden promptly greeted me with a smile and explained all l the wash options without being pushy. He answered all of my questions with patience. I love this facility! My most recent visit, I had an employee named Aiden offer to help me clean the interior because they were slow. I’ve never had that happen before…anywhere!Great car wash and great employees!

My boyfriend visited this car wash on 01/12/26, and the experience was extremely disappointing. While going through the wash, he heard unusual noises that immediately seemed wrong. After exiting the tunnel, he pulled over to use the vacuums and checked the car right away. That’s when he noticed nine new scratches, chipped paint, and a chip in the windshield—damage that was not there before entering the wash. When I pulled up there wasn't an attendant at the payment kiosk so I ran my card and paid myself. Then the attendant walked up and had an attitude. He asked me what the screen said when I pulled up and said it said to wait. And asked why I was in a hurry to have my car washed. As a place where machines and the customer do most of the work, I didn't feel his questioning was warranted and I really wanted my money back. Will not be coming back because of this attendant.
