My boyfriend visited this car wash on 01/12/26, and the experience was extremely disappointing. While going through the wash, he heard unusual noises that immediately seemed wrong. After exiting the tunnel, he pulled over to use the vacuums and checked the car right away. LADIES !!!!!!!!! PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL AT THIS CAR WASH !!!! My boyfriend and I caught a black male in a dark gray-ish Chevy impala taking pictures of a woman’s behind as she was bent over cleaning her rugs. To make matters worse… she had a child with her !!!!! This happened last Sunday 9/21 in broad daylight. Today 9/24 I just happen to drive by to run errands and lo and behold ….. Went to this specific car wash yesterday 1/12/26 at 5:24 pm Eastern time - Got the 12.99 wash went in went fine heard some noises went to the vacuum station after and noticed scratch’s all over my doors - body and window a tiny crack on my window. Requested a claim and owner denied it stating *Our wash does not leave scratch’s in that pattern* obviously meaning he has had similar complaints. Their machine damaged my vehicle on yesterday, and the managers are saying they are not responsible for the damages. On top of the machine snatching all my tires valve stems out and flattening my tires and damaging my custom rims, my vehicle was not clean!!!!! I even pointed out to the managers how bad my vehicle was damaged and still not clean. They looked at the dirt spots on the vehicle and took pictures of my damaged.
