Colin at the Americus Georgia location exceeded my expectations and gave my outstanding quality customer service.. the vaccines are amazing and the process was quick I really enjoyed everything and everyone especially Colin. There needs to be this type of service at EVERY car wash.. thank you! I am definitely a member after today!
Super disappointed is an understatement. Born in Americus. Heard this place was great ever since it was put up here. But the young lazy gentleman told me my car was “too Dirty”. Here is a picture of my car. Do not use this car wash service.
This is such a horrible wash! The employees are friendly but the supervisor (Colin) well who I assume is the supervisor is extremely rude. He yelled at me because I couldn’t get my car in neutral. He yelled at the person that sent me through the wash as well. Which I feel is extremely rude. These new cars have a hard time getting in neutral but when Christian is there he’s always helpful I try to only come when he’s there. I travel all over Georgia for work and visit Tidal Wave Auto Spa locations regularly. I can honestly say that the Americus location is the best one I've been to. I live on a dirt road, so my vehicle is often dirty. The team in Americus always goes above and beyond during the prep process, taking the time to thoroughly clean my vehicle and even paying extra attention to the wheel wells and spraying them, when needed. The team is efficient, thorough, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work. My car hasn’t looked this clean in a long time. The shine and overall finish are always top-tier. The staff, especially Nate, and the rest of the team are friendly, professional, and always greet you with a smile, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
