First time here. Spoke to an employee named Christian about the poor quality of service we’d had at other car wash companies and he made sure they went above and beyond to make sure our experience was amazing. Good customer service is so hard to find now days and this guy will continue to get our business every Saturday from now on. (We usually go to Cordele). So glad we got his name, he’s worh praising!
Went by my favorite car wash this morning! Seen my favorite guy Christian & got a wonderful car wash! Living on a dirt road makes my car messy! But the guys at Tidal Wave in America’s always do a great job of helping me keep it clean! Stop by & see Christian he’ll take great care of you with a friendly attitude & great smile!
Very fast service, and the subscription is worth the price. You can get the basic wash up to twice a day and vacuum any time with it, all for the same price as a single wash. The employees were very friendly. Keep it up!
Tidal Wave Americus is the only automatic car wash I’ve been to that actually covers a tire’s whole sidewall with tire polish. Also it has never damaged my Ford Explorer, is pretty inexpensive, and has great and kind staff (Christopher 😎)!
I was told today that this company could not wash my mom's car anymore due to it having mud on it. We live on a dirt Rd and the car gets washed and cleaned out once week with this company and never once was told this. I don't think my car had that much mud on it. But it's a car wash right? If you didn't want to do muddy cars through the car wash you should of built a diy car wash stall by it self for vehicles who live on dirt Rd and stuff.
