If I could put a 0 stars in would. Worst customer service ever. The tiny girl/manager or supervisor whatever she is has bad personality and temper. She forced her way between me and the payment kiosk then got mad when I told her I had it all taken care of. She the proceeded to tell the other guy there not to prewash my truck. When I told them I wanted the full service I paid for they refused. I asked for a refund and she refused again. I had to call the cops to get them to do the service I paid for. First few visits were good but my last one caused me to cancel my membership! The water did not activate at the correct time causing soap to stay on my vehicle and I pulled arpund to let the attendant know and ask if I could go back through since there was still clearly soap on the front of my vehicle the guy said no bc of membership I had and said wouldn't do any good anyways. All I wanted to do was get the soap off of my vehicle but since they didn't allow me to do that I now have to go home and rewash it to get the dried ... read more
The sign outside this car wash says, leave a Google review. So, here goes!: I recently left this car wash and I noticed that my vehicle is still DIRTY! I saw the attendant precleaning the sides....but, he didn't do such a good job. 😕 i was informed that the pressure wash feature is not working. Now, instead of going home and getting some rest, I have to RETURN in order to get the dirt off of the runners/steps on the sides of my truck. The last several times I have been through has made me want to cancel my membership. The Evans girl there has gotten really rude. She yelled at me three trips ago. The trip before last she slammed the brush against my brand new car and this last trip today she was yelling at another car from going through the right side lane that she apparently didnt want them to use. I carried my father’s truck to get cleaned. I had no idea the front grill piece was lifting, I did notice the guy brushing the truck stopped and grabbed a roll of tape but never mentioned to me anything was wrong. I have driven this truck but never knew anything was loose on it. As I proceeded to drive around to vacuum out the truck I noticed the grill piece was missing.
