Been dealing with tidal wave for a long time. They never really had a team that gave a crap about you or customer service. It was always the attitude of get your crap and get out. But they now have changed the game and hired some awesome people who actually care , speak to you , cut up and make it a pleasure doing business with them. This one sweet young lady who is a manager up there helped me tremendously by getting something off my car window that was difficult to remove so that I felt compelled to give her a tip! She said she can not take monetary tips but to give her a good review on Google. I just saw the entire staff go above and beyond to help get my car clean for no extra charge! They are awesome ⭐
I really like Tidal Wave Car Wash in Fitzgerald, Ga! The staff are nice, they all do a good job and it’s always clean. I have been a club member since they opened. It is managed very well! I highly recommend them!
We went through to get our car washed here before going on a road trip. Everyone was so nice and was working hard. Our car isn't always easy and other establishments get irritated because we live on a dirt road. They didn't seem frustrated. They even put a heart and a smile face on the back window where the kids were. The kids really loved it. And the car was the cleanest after leaving there than any other car wash we have been to.
I just want to take the time to publicly acknowledge Cain and Daphne at the Fitzgerald Tidal Wave Location. I cannot say enough great things about these two team leaders and the effort that they put into every car that comes through the car wash at the Fitzgerald GA location. They treat each vehicle as if it were there own and I never have to worry about bug residue or dirty recycled water when they are there.
