i went thru the wash about 30 mins ago it was a tall man with red hair a sweet girl her name was riley and a brown hair young man with glasses loading me into the tunnel i have never been there before so i unrolled my window asked what you say and he said if u would not mind welcome to tidal wave please keep ur hands off the wheel and keep your feet off the brake then he said once u get to the end of the tunnel and the light turns green put the car in drive without stopping and exit the tall red head waves at me with a smile... read more
Daphne makes my trip to the car wash very good. Because she is always smiling joking but most importantly she does a very good job at what she does before my car ever goes through the car wash it is sparkling . Thank you Daphne makes my experience very great with tidal wave highly recommend
We came through the carwash, the people were very friendly, funny, gave us smiley faces on the windows! The place was very clean they were super professional. The short girl with long hair had the biggest smile and was super sweet, the curly hair girl with tattoos was very interactive with us smiling and joking and the older man with glasses pulled us into the tunnel was very friendly too, also gave more smiley faces with soap, all around nice, fast and friendly service! Friendly staff, helpful and all around professional. They have a good crew working here. We love our tidal wave car wash. Nathan is so polite and really scrubs your car, all of the people are super awesome and friendly.
I have always had wonderful experiences at Tidal Wave, which is why what happened about a month ago was so disappointing. My husband and I stopped by to have his truck washed after a weekend camping trip, as it was covered in mud. A younger gentleman with brown hair guided us into the bay and began brushing the truck as usual. However, as he was about to send us through, a short girl suddenly stormed up to him and began yelling very inappropriate and offensive language, demanding to know why he hadn’t pushed our mirrors in. ... read more
