One of the best tidal waves we've been to. The older gentleman that seems to always be manning the helm is amazing. If he's not the manager or owner he should be. All tidal waves should take a lesson from this one. We really enjoy coming to this location compared to ours back at home. Thank you for making it a great experience and always a nice truck wash.
I'd give 'em a 10 of 10 if I could. Very helpful, gave extra wash help on arrival, even checked on the wash after getting thru. And helped clean up some spots missed. Thankfully I got them at a not busy time - so could deep clean, vacuum extra: made great use of their spray bottles and clothes
I absolutely loved the customer service, DJ was very helpful. The people at the entrance were very informative, they did a thorough pre wash and very kind and followed up with my experience after. I will definitely be back. If you have kids they will love the lights!
Very nice employees and very friendly. And cleaned our car so good. And they even offer to help dry your car off as well. We thought Shelor carwash was good but this new one Tidal Wave has them BEAT!!!! And it's totally free also thru Wednesday. We be going there again from now on.
Signed my truck and wife’s car up for the monthly plan. Love the convenience. Being able to zip in and get vehicles washed is huge. Car wash does a great job. Vacuum and cleaning stuff is always clean and stocked. Staff friendly and helpful. My vehicles have never been cleaner!
