I absolutely loved the customer service, DJ was very helpful. The people at the entrance were very informative, they did a thorough pre wash and very kind and followed up with my experience after. I will definitely be back. If you have kids they will love the lights!

Very nice employees and very friendly. And cleaned our car so good. And they even offer to help dry your car off as well. We thought Shelor carwash was good but this new one Tidal Wave has them BEAT!!!! And it's totally free also thru Wednesday. We be going there again from now on.

Preston was absolutely amazing, before I even entered the car wash, he took the time to scrub my car down thoroughly. He went above and beyond, and when we tried to tip him, he kindly said to just leave a review instead. This truly is the least I could do! He radiates joy and kindness. I pray he has a blessed life. The TidalWave team was great. Very cordial and detail oriented. The staff are always welcoming and the car wash system is efficient and my truck looks great.

Not bad at all, I needed a cheap place to get my car washed and this was the place to go. Only issue I had was they didn’t get off the pretty accessible bird poop stain but other than that I’m not mad! I’d definitely come back.
