I absolutely loved the customer service, DJ was very helpful. The people at the entrance were very informative, they did a thorough pre wash and very kind and followed up with my experience after. I will definitely be back. If you have kids they will love the lights!
I am removing my 5 star review due to 1 issue. I agreed to try their monthly fee plan for 30 days after being told it would not renew automatically. I failed to check my credit card bill closely and was charged $49.97 monthly for 3 months. I removed the sticker and paid for 1 wash, meaning that I paid $210.00 dollars for about 4 washes. The customer service number is national. They stopped the charges and I told them that a few free washes would keep me as a customer on an as needed basis. Preston was absolutely amazing, before I even entered the car wash, he took the time to scrub my car down thoroughly. He went above and beyond, and when we tried to tip him, he kindly said to just leave a review instead. This truly is the least I could do! He radiates joy and kindness. I pray he has a blessed life. One of the best tidal waves we've been to. The older gentleman that seems to always be manning the helm is amazing. If he's not the manager or owner he should be. All tidal waves should take a lesson from this one. We really enjoy coming to this location compared to ours back at home. Thank you for making it a great experience and always a nice truck wash.
Very nice employees and very friendly. And cleaned our car so good. And they even offer to help dry your car off as well. We thought Shelor carwash was good but this new one Tidal Wave has them BEAT!!!! And it's totally free also thru Wednesday. We be going there again from now on.
