I recently discovered this exceptional car wash and took my work truck through after driving the muddy back roads of Duval County, and it came out clean as a whistle. The two kids who helped me did a great job. This establishment proved to be both convenient and highly satisfactory.
Paid subscription for several months, showed up same vehicle od been there with 20 times before rigged out the same way and they said they had to cancel my subscription truck couldn't go through anymore. Seems if you actually use the service enough they cancel you. I will be heading back to coyote detailing never should have left them. Better job and better service
The wash itself is fine. What isn't fine: the clipboard person at the entrance pushing a subscription upsell every single visit. Not occasionally. Every. Time. Here's the irony — that aggressive sales tactic is exactly why I haven't subscribed. People understand how car washes work. People understand how subscriptions work. Very good service from the start of the transaction to the guy who cleaned our car before the car wash and the finally the car wash itself. He was thorough and meticulous when he wiped down our car. This is definitely my go to car wash when I'm in town. Thanks!
The young kids that you have working, there are so unprofessional. I asked why we couldn’t buy a car wash on the screen and he told me that I had to use the little iPad thing. I told him I don’t wanna use it. I want to use the screen, he’s well I’m not selling you a car wash then cause that’s policy. Then told him that policy needs to change because every other car wash you can order and buy off of the screen itself. You don’t have to use the iPad.
