The Tidal wave customer service is superb! The employees and manager Byran are extremely helpful, professional and go above and beyond. There equipment is always working correctly. They have suppies available to assist clean your vehicle (rags and windows cleaner the other place does not have. They offer great deals just have to ask for new customers.
