Went on grand opening and received a free wash. Long line but was done in 15 minutes. Truck is cleaner and I saw many happy people vacuuming and wipe their beautiful cars. I am a new "club member" and will be back often.
These folks are absolutely awesome!! Extremely professional, thorough and courteous!! I have never had a monthly membership at a car wash before but Tidal Wave protects my vehicles (4) very well and again, the staff is AWESOME!!!
I use the Tidal Wave in Clover, SC / Lake Wylie. I really like the staff there and Jackson is on point.. Someone definitely put the right man in charge.. Keep up the excellent service!!
This place is fantastic. I’ve been going since they opened. Everyone is very nice and polite and very professional. The quality of the job done by the car wash is second and none and I’ve used quite a few car washes, but this one by far as a fantastic job and is easy on your car. Well worth the price It really is a great value and again the customer service makes it all the better. By far some of the best customer service I’ve had anywhere Not just at a car wash highly recommend
I agree with a lot of the other reviews. Make sure you check your bank statement thoroughly. And don’t believe them when they talk about the special. I used a free coupon when they first opened. And the attendant kept talking about a deal that they had. And in no way shape or form said anything about the deal being a reoccurring charge. Lied to my face and said it was a one time charge because I was a new customer. And I almost fell for it. Who wouldn’t want a month of car washes for a set price.
