Great customer service trying to handle my issues with my account. Tim was a huge help and one of the best car washes in the South East Edit: seems Tim was the only helpful one there. The rest was not helpful after returning as instructed to fix my issues
I always have outstanding experiences at the Tidal Wave in Port Wentworth! From the moment I first arrived (when they opened), until today, the staff has been incredibly attentive and welcoming. They really ensure that everything is done right, especially when it comes to applying the correct fluids and chemicals. The first and only time I’ve been there, the car wash broke my back windshield wiper off. The manager there was very professional and respectful at least. Their corporate policy does not fix vehicles 10 years or older apparently. Still waiting on if I will have to come out of pocket from damage caused by the car wash. I would recommend do not take vehicles 10 years or older to avoid paying for your own repairs.
Exceptional facility. Not your every day car wash. Machinery is exceptional and calibrated just right to clean my car's exterior so that no marrs or scars were left behind after exiting the tunnel. I really appreciate the verious body protection enhancement. I tend to rate a washes' performance on how well the rims and tires are cleaned...10 out of 10 here, as you can see! David is absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, he was so welcoming and made me feel at ease. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the services offered and took the time to answer all my questions with patience and professionalism. On top of that, he’s genuinely friendly and has such a positive attitude that makes the whole experience even better.
