I’m really disappointed with my experience at Tidal Car Wash. After going through the wash, I noticed my tire was completely flat. Upon checking, it looks like the valve on my tire was damaged during the wash. This is something that clearly wasn’t an issue before I arrived. What made the situation worse is that no one on-site offered any help or assistance. I was left stranded with a flat tire and had to figure everything out on my own.
