I normally don’t like being “that person,” but unfortunately this situation left me with no choice. The staff at this location have always been friendly, but my experience yesterday was disappointing. After going through the wash, I began drying my car and immediately noticed that my entire mirror cover was missing. I have had the membership for three months now and I have really enjoyed this carwash. Everyone is very friendly and goes out of their way to smile and wave. Josh and Riley always check me in and I feel they go the extra mile. Thank you!
Went in for my first wash after a road trip. The vacuums were solid and the wash was fine, but found that the blow dryers were too much. It blew a safety sensor into the body of my car, which I reported to the operator at the wash menu. He told me that this wasn’t the first time this had happened and reported it to their claims department. Always provides a fantastic wash, everyone is very attentive. I would argue that it gives the best shine for a drive through car wash. Highly recommend! And Ryleigh always has a smile on her face and very helpful!
