Everyone was super nice and smiled and waved. There was one thing this place did that others don’t. The person at the entrance to the car wash who directs you in and points to the instructions also yells the instructions at you. I guess that’s good if you can’t read or choose not to. Xavier came up while I was vacuuming and made sure I was having a pleasant experience and was happy with the result which I was. He also asked me if I needed anything. He was helpful.
I had an excellent experience at the car wash thanks to Bri and Tanaya! They were both extremely professional, friendly, and hardworking from start to finish. Damaged my car!!! The car wash ripped the gas cap cover right off my car. Manager took down my info and said they would be in touch within four days with a resolution. Surprise, surprise - I never heard from them. Don’t do business with people like this. In addition, the $30 car wash didn’t get my car anywhere close to clean. Avoid this place! Update: Tidal Wave ended up paying for the repair to the car. Joshua, the manager, was very diligent in getting the claim processed and paid. Many thanks to him!
Saw a flyer at work and decided to check this place out today. The people were super nice and welcoming, and the wash itself was great—my car came out shiny and spotless. The vacuums worked really well and got everything. They also provide fresh rags and cleaning sprays, which is a huge plus. I’ve never seen another place offer cleaning sprays, and they worked really well. My car ended up sparkling clean. Definitely worth checking out, y’all!
I normally don’t like being “that person,” but unfortunately this situation left me with no choice. The staff at this location have always been friendly, but my experience yesterday was disappointing. After going through the wash, I began drying my car and immediately noticed that my entire mirror cover was missing.
