Everyone was super nice and smiled and waved. There was one thing this place did that others don’t. The person at the entrance to the car wash who directs you in and points to the instructions also yells the instructions at you. I guess that’s good if you can’t read or choose not to. Xavier came up while I was vacuuming and made sure I was having a pleasant experience and was happy with the result which I was. He also asked me if I needed anything. He was helpful.
Saw a flyer at work and decided to check this place out today. The people were super nice and welcoming, and the wash itself was great—my car came out shiny and spotless. The vacuums worked really well and got everything. They also provide fresh rags and cleaning sprays, which is a huge plus. I’ve never seen another place offer cleaning sprays, and they worked really well. My car ended up sparkling clean. Definitely worth checking out, y’all!
Stopped by on my way home they were having free car washes. So I drove through the wash it does a pretty good job and even drys your windshield on the way out. I usually don’t vacuum my car but figured might as well. They have fresh towels at every stall and 2 kinds of hoses wide mouth and skinny. They have air hoses for the tight spots and also have window cleaner on hand at every stall. This is where ill be going when im in the Fort Worth area. They also gave me a pamphlet with all there pricing I’ll post it too
I had a fantastic experience at this car wash! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Brianna explained the different wash options clearly and made sure I felt taken care of the whole time. Tidal Wave has earned my business and is the best car wash in town. The staff is so friendly and kind. My SUV looks amazing. My wheels and tires came out sparkling. Their vacuum stations are truly the best. There are two different shapes of vacuum nozzles for all those hard to reach places. They even have the air sprayers to clean your vents. They also supply micro fiber cloths and glass cleaner that did not streak my windows the way others do. Love this place and will definitely be back soon!
