Tidwell took excellent care of my car and were honest and straightforward. There was no pressure from them, just facts. Love working with them and they even worked with my aftermarket warranty company!
I had a wonderful experience. The team was friendly and responsive. They worked with me to find the best solution for my vehicles needs. Pricing was very fair and some prices had options. When it was agreed what need to be done, the team worked quickly to complete the work. After inspecting the work, I am happy with the result. I will be taking my vehicles to Tidwell going forward.
Very poor service and extremely rude staff. I could go into detail about how they tried to upsell unnecessary services, did not notify us prior to performing tasks, or tried to inflate prices. But this sums it up, when we decided to go elsewhere the angry woman at the front when handing over the keys yells "well I don't work for free.". Run, don't walk away from this place. I chose Tidwell based upon the research I found online describing the experience for most customers as very customer oriented, quality work that was affordable, and responsive. In my experience, there was very little communication or discussion as I only spoke to front of store staff and the repair was very expensive. The day after bringing the vehicle home, the check engine light has come on. I don't have any money for more repairs. I'm feeling disappointed.
If you value your vehicles like I do then you should take 2 minutes to read this review. It won't be a waste of your time. I really don't know where to start because I have too many positive things to say about Tidwell Auto Service. 5 stars isn't enough. We've all heard the horror stories about repair shops and most have probably had a bad experience somewhere along the way.
