To be honest, I was disappointed. My friend had told Tidwell we wanted the full diagnostic test, but that we were especially interested in why my check-engine was on. Instead, only the CE light was looked into & we did not get a full report. I feel like I was gypped. There were other things I wanted to know about. And I was still charged the $50, but did not get my money’s worth & still don’t know about the other issues. I brought my car in to deal with a check engine light due to squirrels eating the wiring. Tidwell addressed the problem quickly and cost effectively. They also pointed out several other problems with the car. These were relatively large problems. I brought the car back to fix these problems and the car was ready by the end of the day! Good work, timely, and appropriate costs. I am really impressed.

Everytime I bring my car there they’re completely honest with me. Keep me updated and call me right when my vehicle is done. I’m moving to grand prairie next month. If I need any kind of work done on my car I’m driving here to get my car worked on.
