I followed Dr. Ketcham from Mercy to Iowa Clinics. I have been seeing her for 20 years and she has been my primary doctor since 2011. She is good at listening to your concerns, answering questions and helping you find the right treatment. Her approach is to try the least invasive treatments and work from there.
I have been seeing Dr. Ketchum since relocating to this area in 2008. An initial physical showed poor health. Dr. Ketcham provided a tune-up and complete body overhaul to ensure I was in the best health possible! She is proactive, a fierce advocate, great listener, and I feel, is my trusted friend. All my family members, including my spouse and father feel the same! I would travel hours to receive her knowledgeable skills! I work as a medical professional and recognize her excellence of care!
Saw Dr Ketcham for the first time in May. After listening to me describe my symptoms she suspected what was wrong. Had me drink a medicine and was right. Prescribed a medication and within a few days was feeling much better. She didn’t rush me and really listened to my symptoms.

Dr. Ketcham has been my doctor for 24 years. She is the greatest! What I love the most is if she doesn't have an answer for you she will find someone who will and help you to understand things. She has saved my life more than once!!

Dr Ketcham is very thorough, a good listener, genuine, persistent, and has the best bedside manner you will ever know. She has been my doctor since her residency and now my daughter also goes to her as well. I would give her ten stars if I could.
She is the best family Dr. That can be found. Our intire family sees her. She has saved my wife's life two times and my father-inlaw once. Dr. Ketcham has phenomenal instinct, and a genuine interest in your health. She will never lie to you. As a bonus the good doctor has the best bedside you will ever know.
2/5/2024- No one answers the phone, was on hold for 25+ minutes. Poor service
