The process to get in the system and get scheduled with a therapist was very smooth. I contacted them online, received a call back and the person on the phone was very kind and helpful! She answered all my questions and gave me thorough information about what to expect moving forward! The process to complete the required forms in the online portal was easy to maneuver.
