I have been communicating with Dr Schatz in the coordination of the care of a family member with lower GI complications. Dr Schatz has done a wonderful job adjusting the level of conversation complexity talking with me and the patient. We have discussed non-surgical options and the surgical paths forward all with a priority of minimally invasive priorities. She has excellent bedside manner. I have full confidence in her.
