I flew up from FL for my grandsons 1st Birthday and his family live in Mt. Gilead at True Homes Tillery Tradition and it's a beautiful two story home with an open interior, the kitchen is spectacular, spacious rooms in a gorgeous neighborhood. If you're in the market look into this well planned neighborhood.
They make it easy to purchase but the quality lacks 😮💨 They didnt even finish my hvac closet... i been in other homes that were finished. I haven't owned for a year but they've already taken the anniversary repairs off the table (covid or w/e) so this is what my brand new home looks like inside. Not to mention I literally hear and feel the wind drafting through my house. 😔
What a great neighborhood to live in. True Homes attention to detail and ease of buying made our process such a great experience.
Course was very quiet which was really nice and an absolutely beautiful day. The golf course was fun and challenging today especially with the pin placements. Most of the pins were on the spines of the greens, making approach shots and make able birdie putts very difficult. The greens were in good shape but were surprisingly slower than the practice putting green. The tee boxes and fairways were also in good shape but looked like they haven't been trimmed up in a few days. Overall, nice track and friendly pro shop.
Nice neighborhood! Great True Homes staff, Nikki is so helpful. Very pretty area.
