I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2024 Hyundai Kona from Tillsonburg Kia. After visiting several dealerships and test driving multiple vehicles, Tillsonburg Kia stood out because of the people. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and never pressured. Michelle was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question I had throughout the process. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. Steven was also wonderful to work with. He was... read more
After test driving numerous vehicles across the GTA and beyond, I found a stellar pre-owned treasure at Tillsonburg Kia. What made purchasing the truck even more special was the impressive customer service there! Michelle and Harris walked me through several options and their transparency with the process helped me so much. I’m thrilled with my experience and can highly recommend!!
If you’re looking for a dealership with friendly, knowledgeable staff and no-hassle sales, I highly recommend Tillsonburg KIA on Simcoe Street. We purchased a 2024 Seltos SX with very low mileage at a great price, traded in my used car and was given a fair trade-in value to put toward the KIA. Replacing our old car at Tillsonburg Kia turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant experience. Both Ameet and Steven were friendly, informative and very helpful, answering all our questions and giving useful suggestions. We were well taken care of. Great to have good people close by!
My dad and I went in looking for a new vehicle and met with Ameet. He was very thorough going through different models and took time to find the right fit for my dad. We then met with Steven who helped us get a great rate in great timing. Both went above and beyond to make sure we had the vehicle for Monday. Very welcoming atmosphere from start to finish including the reception and service team. Being the first time buying a brand new vehicle the process was made extremely smooth and would highly recommend this location!
