Tim and Jenny are so helpful and supportive! They made the whole process much smoother and less stressful! Jenny explained the basic logic of all document required in that case it’s easier for us to understand what kind of information they need. And they are really responsive for all questions!

Made the process fairly simple. Always open to ask questions but would have preferred scheduled times to go over all the documents. I don’t usually have questions until I’m being informed on the specifics of each document.

The process for the loan application was poorly handled. The information given to us were unclear, it was not timely and did not give us the confidence throughout the entire process. The vetting of the documents we submitted were sent over repeatedly and we were unsure the entire time if the processors knew what they were looking for. It was an awful experience all over! No applicant should go through what we went through.
