I want to take the whole Churchill team for guiding us through this process. Tim and his team were very professional, and always quick to reach out when I had questions. All of the documents and emails were completed in a timely manner, and I was notified immediately when documents needed to be uploaded. The team also took ownership of reaching out to the insurance and title companies in a timely manner to obtain the necessary documentation. Tim and his team guided me through each step, and were very helpful when I had questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home

Tim and Ross and the text of the team at Churchill Mortgage were great. They were always easy to get a hold of, very thorough and answered all of my questions. My escrow happened to be a challenging one with a closing date that changed multiple times due to some unforeseen issues with the property but the team I worked with a Churchill were flexible and helped us to close as quickly as possible. Overall service was very good - however there were issues that could have and should have been dealt with more efficiently. Having close closings scheduled and then not completing on time is more than frustrating. In the end - it worked out and eventually was a done deal - but it could have been much smoother. Having said that - doing a closing during holidays is challenging for all parties - and I do appreciate the help and work done by Tim and his team.
