I've worked with Tim now on two financings, one for a primary residence and another for a vacation property. Besides being super honest and helping me get the best rate possible, the thing that makes Tim special is I am never worried I won't get the loan or close on time. He is super efficient at keeping track of the schedule and never resorts to a bait/switch technique I've seen with other brokers as closing nears. If or when I need to finance a property again, Tim is always my first call.
