I had a scammer call my phone and lead me down the merry path. When I realized what was happening, I hung up and called my local Timberland Bank. Mark was so helpful and understanding. He made sure my account was secure double checked with my other credit cards. He went out of his way to make me feel like I wasn’t a total fool.
This bsnk is awesome! When your account ends up getting scammed for some apparent reason, you go in and tell them whats going on. The teller will give you a call later. Today I got a call from the bank as they have been keeping an eye on my transactions. I will be getting my money back within a week. This bank goes above and beyond to help you and your needs.
I had experienced a scammer, robbing me, by taking out small amounts, totally nearly 300 dollars. Timberland Bank, researched, corrected and credited all my money back to my account. I was very grateful. This experience happened in 2024.
They are so friendly and helpful! They were also so accommodating to my request to not have a card so that my account will have no incomming charges. Security is very important to me. They're just wonderful!!!
I have had a few problems with the Hoquiam branch but I stayed because the good outweighed the bad. However, when I went to the Aberdeen ( Broadway) Branch I was drawing out $1500 from my CD early. Presley had the absolute nerve to ask me why I was taking my own money from my account. She said " if you don't mind; why are you taking this money out."
