Racism is a big issue for Timberland management, so much that I cannot even complete a purchase for a Gasbye dehumidifier. I say V for valid immediately and it denies it because it's a chinese made product. Why is it Ok for me to buy INFERIOR chinese products but if I buy a SUPERIOR product like Gasbye, suddenly my card stops working. Timberland is suspicious garbage.
They will cash a check drawn from an account holder for non account holders with no fee. Proper id required always friendly and happy to help if I ever choose to get a bank account I will bank there
Always welcomed in by warm smiles and inviting hellos. I never experienced long wait times like a few other reviewers but once in awhile people have problems. I've never been in line longer than 5 minutes. Honestly, they're usually no customers in the lobby when I go. I have recommended them to my friends and family already.
The employees that work at this bank are always professionals kind and willing to help you if they not busy
The customer service I received was excellent. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
