Great bank always friendly staff at all locations,especially my branch at ocean shores nice clean lobbies very helpful on managing your finances have never had a problem with any of my accounts
After 30 years at my previous bank (living in a different state) picking a new bank was somewhat of a concern, as you just never know how things are going to work out. Honestly, Timberland was a great choice for me. They made me feel like family almost right away, and I couldn't be happier for all of my regular banking needs (Checking, Transfers in/out, ATM, CD's, Zelle and On-line Banking). Everything runs very smooth, quick and efficient ... and everyone is friendly and helpful.
We were with Timberland several years ago and our banking needs had changed so that we closed the account. Never did have any problems with the bank or the employee's. Now recently have found ourselves once again needing a local account.( recently moved to Ocean Shores) We chose Timberland from previous experience and once again were treated with patience and respect. Great people, lots of options, excellent bank. Highly recommended and lots of locations.
I just want to say that I love timberland bank! Everyone there is friendly always smiling, helpful and caring! I have been banking with them going on three years and I will not for know choose a different bank! One day I went into the bank to see penny and I was crying and in a lot of pain but I had no choice but to go to the bank and get money so I can pay for a taxi that was the most embarrassing experience for me but penny is a wonderful person she treated me like family!
