Paula in the licensing department is incredibly rude, and exudes misery. I've been going to this bank for years and I don't think I've ever seen the woman smile. If you ask her how her days going she just ignores you, which is so unprofessional. I will no longer be giving Elma Timberland Bank my business for licensing, it's just not worth the rude service.
Paula Arnold who works at the licensing and registration desk is unreasonably rude. She acts as if her job is an inconvenience. 3x I have gone in to do licensing now and every single time she treats me and my husband poorly for absolutely no reason at all. The bank requests you take a ticket which is fine but then they never call your ticket number and treat you like you're stupid for waiting for them to call it. If you hate your job so much quit! You have no business working with the public with your insufferable attitude.
Timberland is a wonderful place to bank! They also help in sponsorships, which I didn't think a bank would be interested in. Its great to be a member of Timberland Bank. Warmest Regards, Mrs. Grays Harbor
I have been a customer of the Bank in Elma, Wa for 25 years. I have conducted alot of different kinds of business thru this time period. The Bank Personel were able to help me with problems my Hispanic Friends had, small loans, banking in general. I don't remember of any time that they weren't considerate and respectful. I use to always go into the Bank, until the later years that I can't walk as good. Now I use the Drive Thru and even now the Clerks know and use my name.
