I have had the worst experience at Timberland Bank. Initially, my partner wanted me to join to get the $25 for referring a friend. We ended up doing that, and the $25 was never given to my partner, but it was given to me in points that is completely separate from my bank account. You have to link your rewards with your bank, but i didnt see an option to convert the points into cash. My partner has not received any points or money in general. Long story short is .. one of their bank tellers deposited another person check (over a grand) into my checking account. I made a deposit that day and received a receipt and everything looked good. Later in the day checked the online banking and noticed another amount was added to my account. Called the location directly to see why I have an extra grand in my account. Completely hassle-free banking. From the moment I walked in, Megan treated me as though I had been banking at Timberland for years. I was able to open up 7 different bank accounts, business and personal, all on the same exact day that I walked into the door. I’ve only been a customer of Timberland Bank for about a week, but I can already tell that I am going to be very happy with their services.
Over the last six years, the team at Timberland Bank know me by name and face. They are friendly, warm and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this bank enough. We have used them for personal banking, opening business accounts, and financing a home construction (an addition).
