Staff are always friendly when I visit; nice, calm and organized place. I've been going to this bank for over 8-9 years and they are very helpful with whatever problems you may have with your account. Their customer service is also readily available during business hours.
I have banked with Timberland for 8 years. I grew up the son of a community banker and these folks come as close to that standard as anyone around. Personal service and a smile for a greeting. Unless you need branches all over the country, get rid of the big guys and try out real local service. You'll be amazed at the difference.
The loan officer in this branch ... I think his name is Erik ... is super super handsome! So dreamy :)
I saw the most disgusting display of professionalism from the employees of this bank. There is a young women who clearly has mental issues. She yells and scream but never harms anyone. The employees decide they would stop their work come to the front window and set off their car alarms. I watch as they dance and laugh in the bank window. When I drove into the parking lot and stared at them they seem guilty and waddle back up the stairs to their work. I found this bank need to train it customer service folks better. I could not update/add a phone number online, so I tried the secure messaging. Nope, was told to call. Was given the wrong extension. Upon being routed to the branch, where the account was opened. (Which I have not been visited since opening the account.) Online only. However, I was told by the branch personnel that I had to come in and sign paperwork in order to add a phone number.. It is frustrating when the bank apparently does not train very well. Convenient location - but beware! If you use their ATM to contact your bank to make a withdrawal - you will pay a $3.00 per transaction fee. Pretty steep.
