Yet again - underwhelming service. Why would a bank offer bill pay service and then not allow you to add payees? Fantastic question. One I might be able to answer if their customer service was available after 5 pm or before 9 am so I could contact them when I wasn't at work. People at the branch are very nice - but technical functionality is severly lacking.
I've been with Timberland Bank for about 20 yrs. Always been very helpful,very polite and have helped me whenever there has been an issue. Plus they have coffee and flavored coffee!!! :) Its a home town type of feeling Bank and thats a good thing.
Never had any issues with this bank! Also, always cane here and got free coffee when I did come. Painted the windows for paint the town when I was in Highschool (this year lmfao) for Christmas! It was amazing. Always nice people.
Always helpful when I call or come into the bank. After the recent update to online banking, my app was not working. Learned I had to download the updated app before I could log in with the temp password given over email. Then logging in was a breeze and the new app/online banking is very user friendly! Hope this helps anyone else that was having trouble!
I have loved this bank and the people for 15 years until recently they changed some policies going into Canada. I deliver brand new trucks all over Canada , so I go into Canada sometimes twice in a week. There new policy is I have to call and have my bank card turned on every time I go into Canada or it shuts my card off and I cant use it until I call. Its very inconvenient.
