I love my Chehalis branch! They are so caring and friendly and professional, I enjoy going into my bank, and am treated as not a customer, but a friend! Love them!💜
Plenty of parking, fairly easy access, two drive up lanes plus a separate ATM lane. People are friendly, too.
I've banked with Timberland for 16 years. Have found their customer service to be great and helpful. I have lived abroad for over 6 years and have had no problems transferring money home or paying bills from my account in the states. Because of the difference in hours, I am contacted via e-mail for any concerns and there is always follow through on all of my requests.
I love Timberland Bank in Yelm. I have been banking there for many years. They are friendly and helpful and make you feel like right at home. I have had accounts at other banks in Yelm but Timberland Bank is my favorite!
I have always found the people who work here very helpful, nice, and efficient. Sure, I have had to wait a few minutes when they were working with other customers but that is standard everywhere. There are much worse banks out there. I would not be with Timberland Bank for 17 years if they did not provide great customer service!
