Eddie and Ella are wonderful. I have both sold and bought jewelry at Timekeepers and they were great experiences. They appraised my items at a high valuation, and then paid me the appraisal price on the spot! I've purchased a beautiful antique pocket watch from them for my adult son's birthday. They went into the backroom to search their voluminous stock to find the right watch that precisely met my budget. They engraved the case and made repairs to ensure the over 100 year old watch worked perfectly before I picked it u... read more

Although they came highly recommended, my family had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Timekeepers. We spent $480+ to have our Stickley mantle clock repaired. Timekeepers failed to communicate effectively. They never contacted us when the clock was ready to be picked up. We had to repeatedly call to check on the status. They admitted it had been sitting on a shelf for weeks and they had not bothered to call us to come pick it up. Unfortunately, the clock did not work when we brought it home. We had to take... read more

Poor customer service. The lady with the black hair is very rude, short, rushed, and matter of factly. Her “not for us” (her exact words) attitude is disheartening. I have no problem with my jewelry not being of interest to them but the way she handle customers is rude. I should have known prior to coming because the previous day I called she was the exact same way. I went to a jewelry store prior and had an appraisal done on my ring and found out it’s worth $7k. So let’s be clear I wasn’t coming with anything cheap. Maybe ... read more

Timkeepers is the best of the best. Kind, honest, hard-working, and timely. Not to mention the depth of knowledge and know how the team has, and their ability to execute. The only jewelers I work with on a regular basis becuase of how great they are.

Very disappointed in timekeepers. I referred my friend there to get an old pocket watch fixed. They had the watch for 2 weeks and all they did was steal all the components inside and switch it out with another watch. Thank goodness that we took pictures of the watch before we dropped it off. We were able to get the original parts back still not clear if we got all the gems back though. I would never ever take anything of value to this place. They completely ruined my friend's Christmas present. All they are is a pawn shop in... read more
