Been going here for 10+ years. Dr. Hastings is always friendly and all his staff are very professional and kind. I have had many different procedures there, from deep cleanings, a couple cavities and dental implants. Always had great outcomes on any work they have done. They always offer great education on dental care and it always feels like they do it with no judgement. I feel taken care of here.
We really like the office. Andy has always seen his regular hygienist, Dawn. He really likes her. I on the other hand have had a different hygienist every single time I have been in. The only time I have not had the same hygienist was the last time I was in. I had her twice and I liked her. However she left the practice. The hygienist I had Thursday, November 6th was fine but she didn't talk to me at all. She just made me very uncomfortable. Other than that, we both really like the staff at Jon's office.
Dr. Hastings needed to replace an old crown for me today. He was able to complete the entire procedure in a single 2-hour visit. He explained everything well and was very kind and caring throughout the procedure. He has been our dentist for years and we appreciate his expertise and friendliness.
Dr. Hastings and his staff efficiently diagnosed the source of Minor but obnoxious toothache and recommended a root canal. Times Square Dental is booked up for a while so Dr. Hastings recommended the next-door specialist/orthodontist. Thank you for respecting my pain.
This was my third time going but the first time I had a procedure done here. Not gonna lie, I definitely should've been better about my dental health but this clinic has made me feel so much better about it. Katie (dentist) is by far the chilliest doctor there and we started the 2.5hr long process off with a bang by making each other laugh.
