During my recent visit to Timezone Cloverleaf, I observed a staff member named “Ella” wearing a black blazer and timezone uniform underneath speaking to her co-workers in a mean and dismissive manner in front of customers. As a Powercard holder, I frequently visit your arcade during my school breaks. Since I often go alone, I usually sit on the side benches to rest. However, during my last visit, a staff member approached me and asked me to leave simply because I wasn't actively playing at that moment. I found this very upsetting! The branch was not busy. Go-to place of my sons when in Ayala Cloverleaf. Good working games but noticed they are not as updated compared to the other Timezone branches we have been to lately.
