We had such a great experience here. It was my daughter’s birthday and we had Amali looking after us. She was very attentive and helpful. All the staff were accommodating and they gave me flexibility with attendee numbers right up until the party started. Most importantly, the children had the best time. They enjoyed their 1.5 hours on games and then loved spending their points in the gift shop. I would highly recommend this place for a party.

Timezone at Westfield Eastgardens is honestly a top spot. Especially for the kids. Every time we go, they light up the second they see all the bright machines and fun games. There’s such a huge variety like arcade classics, racing games, claw machine it's awesome. The whole place is just buzzing with energy, and it’s so easy to spend hours just wandering around. We recently hosted our daughter’s birthday party at Timezone Eastgarden and it was an incredible experience. From the very beginning, our host Malakhi was exceptionally proactive and helpful. He truly went above and beyond to cater to our specific needs, ensuring every detail was taken care of. Having a host who is that attentive made the day so much smoother and more enjoyable for us and our guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless event!
