I'm so happy that Timezone opened in Jambi, complete with a bowling alley, which I always enjoy when I'm in Jakarta. However, security needs to be improved. There's no one waiting in the bowling alley. As a result, many people who aren't playing sit there, disturbing those who are paying to play. I've reported it to security, but they haven't been firm, so they keep sitting there. This is terrible!!!
