My daughter wanted to try the VR experience, and the staff member Nitesh was extremely careful about safety and hygiene. He made sure she wore a protective mask before using the VR device, which we really appreciated. Another incident truly showed their honesty and customer care. My wife accidentally forgot her mobile phone there, and a staff member named Rajnish safely kept it in his custody and handed it back to us when we returned looking for it.
