Outstanding — Natalie Made Cooper's Party Unforgettable! Natalie at Midland Timezone was absolutely fantastic. Even though they were short-staffed and she was clearly under pressure, she never let it show. She stayed calm, organised, and full of energy, making sure every child was included, safe, and having a great time. This was our second time with a bday party at timezone. All the children had a great time and our party host Hayley was great! She was very attentive to the girls and helped to comfort one of the children when they became upset 🙂
Great experience for son's 7th birthday. Great party room and kids had a ball. Party host Matilda was fantastic, as were all staff working on the day. Had to edit the review to add in thanks for Natalie and team for hosting my daughters birthday the following week. 5 star service.
