We recently hosted our son’s party at Timezone Northland and it was an awesome experience from start to finish! Oliver and Sienna were our hosts, and they were absolutely fantastic. They kept everything running smoothly, made sure the kids were entertained the whole time, and brought such great energy to the party. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I can’t speak highly enough of Rosie at Timezone Northland! During my visit, I had an issue with one of the machines, and Rosie was absolutely amazing. She took the time to help me sort it out, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left happy. What makes Rosie stand out is her incredible personality. We had the absolute best experience, and I honestly can’t thank Sephie enough! We came in as a group of 10, which can be a lot to handle, but she made everything feel so easy and smooth. Sephie was so kind, patient, and attentive the entire time, and she really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. Just had our son’s birthday party at Timezone Northland, and it went extremely well. Indi, our host, was fabulous!! A++++ We have been to many parties there over the years, including 3 over the past 2 months, and the one downside of these parties is the potential to have a host that looks and acts like they don’t want to be there. A bad host doesn’t necessarily ruin a Timezone party because the parents can cover a bit, and kids will love the games no matter what. Indi was the best. Kids loved her. She was accomodating, made sure everything ran smoothly and was calm while every other worker looked super stressed. Timezone is a great kids party. Easy, fun and everyone left happy!
