⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Very disappointing experience at this outlet. Most of the games were non-functional or closed, which defeats the whole purpose of visiting an arcade. There was hardly any staff (only one person present), and no proper assistance was available. Even after raising a complaint on-site, no response or action was taken. This clearly reflects poor management and lack of accountability. Overall, it was a waste of time and money. Not recommended until they improve maintenance, staffing, and customer service.
Priyanka provided us with excellent service. Her time management was perfect, and the work was neat, professional, and beautifully done. We are very happy with the service! ❤️✨ Highly recommended!
Namrata is very sweet girl, very sweet spoken I like her behaviour with customer... She gave very good information about VR... Thank you....!!!
We visited the time zone with kids and I would like appreciate and thanks Priyanka Bhujbal for her help and assistance. Keep up the good work 💪👍
Kids love all the games here. Loved to visit this place every now and then. There are small stools all over the place for parents to rest or sit while kids are having fun time.
