⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Very disappointing experience at this outlet. Most of the games were non-functional or closed, which defeats the whole purpose of visiting an arcade. There was hardly any staff (only one person present), and no proper assistance was available. Even after raising a complaint on-site, no response or action was taken. This clearly reflects poor management and lack of accountability. Overall, it was a waste of time and money. Not recommended until they improve maintenance, staffing, and customer service.
We visited the time zone with kids and I would like appreciate and thanks Priyanka Bhujbal for her help and assistance. Keep up the good work 💪👍
Kids love all the games here. Loved to visit this place every now and then. There are small stools all over the place for parents to rest or sit while kids are having fun time.
Had an amazing experience at Pavilion Mall shopping and especially mentioning it's Food Court where they serve you with variety of mouth watering Delicacies 🤤
Sanjan & Priyanka were very friendly and quick. They assisted us through the offers and suitable games for our child
