Had a fantastic spontaneous experience here with my kids over the Easter holidays. There were two young girls working the closing shift on the 6th of April 2026. We went from 8pm till close which was only one hour but it was great. Both staff members were fantastic attendants and made our quick visit there wonderful. We will definitely be back next time we’re in town. Many thanks to the two young girls who worked that shift. Apologies Ican’t remember their names and for the late review.
Really appreciate the team working this evening. I brought my children in and we had a really pleasant visit to Timezone overall. The shop was tidy and the staff were helpful and attentive throughout our stay. A couple of the claw machines were out of order, which was a bit disappointing, but it didn’t take away from the experience too much. We’ll definitely be coming back again. 👍☺️
A few weeks ago when I visited, I observed a manager speaking to employees in a sharply raised and unnecessarily harsh manner. While customer service was maintained, the management approach appeared poor. Arya was such a great help as manager. We arrived with a big group on consecutive days and she was so friendly, helpful and calm and got our play cards sorted straight away. Could not be more happy with her friendly service! Thanks Arya
Went to my friend’s son’s birthday party at Timezone on Sunday and it was great. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Jesse was a bit shy and quiet so the kids had some trouble hearing him, but he was really attentive and made sure everyone was okay. When a kid knocked over a water bottle he cleaned it up straight away. The arcade was clean with a fun atmosphere and all the kids had a blast. Definitely 5 stars Would recommend Timezone for birthday parties!
