Small Timezone branch with basic games, but my kids had fun since we had the arcade to ourselves. A few machines ate our tokens, but the friendly staff quickly helped us out. Clean place and good service.
My experience here is that I have fun whenever I come here, whether I'm alone or with my friends and cousins. We always hang out here when there are no classes or after exams. Also, their staff are very kind – they're always attentive and smiling.
Customer Service: -Approachable and easy to talk to. -One time I left my wallet in their vicinity, it was easy to pick it up & thank whoever found it first. Their branch here may be on the smaller side, but my friends and I still had a great time! We especially loved the drop ball machine. It was so fun that the staff even had to refill it with tickets 😅 We also tried out their photo booth. While we had a lot of fun, I do hope they add more games or attractions in the future to keep things fresh.
Bad customer service. I kept calling the published number but it kept on picking up the phone and will just hang it indefinitely. You cannot talk to anyone through calls.
