As a huge DDR fan, I really appreciate the effort the technicians put into maintaining the cabinet at TZ Knox. It is honestly the best-maintained machine in the state, and it really shows. Thank you for putting so much care into keeping it in top condition. The high quality of the machine has made TZ Knox the home of a really strong DDR community. People travel from all over because they know the cab is reliable and well looked after, which is a huge credit to the team. The downside is that, with only one DDR cabinet availa... read more

My twin kids celebrated their 7th birthday here, and it was absolutely amazing! All the children and parents were so happy with the entire party. We booked three activities(bowling, arcade games, and laser tag)which kept everyone entertained. The whole party lasted 3 hours, including 45 minutes in the party room. A huge thank you to our amazing party hosts, Hanna and Keira! We really appreciate your patience, kindness, and lovely smiles. You both made the day extra special. Highly recommend this place for a fun and stress-... read more

Today we celebrated our children’s birthday parties (6 & 8) at zone and couldn’t be happier! Our hosts were Georgia and Lashana - the girls were absolutely fabulous! Nothing was too much work, problems and changes were navigated with ease and absolute positivity and they were just so sweet and accommodating! The whole booking process was excellent, and we walked away with 30 super happy kids, and two parents who were not overworked or exhausted. Thank you to the entire zone team, you truly made our kids days fabulous and... read more

Zero stars. Disgusting customer service from a female on a Monday morning. Went to get a product with points accumulated and found a board game that had 5250 points for it and there were twister and other games and they all had the same points requested for each. So we chose monopoly. Went to the till and the girl says it needs 7000 points and we said but the little tag on the shelf said 5250 for any of the games. And we def had more than enough points. Then she says oh people move around things which had absolutely nothing ... read more

This new timezone at knox is awesome! It was Originally located next to the pancake parlour, and it was very crammed with arcade machines and not much walking space. But this new location on the second floor of Westfield knox is so much bigger, brighter and better than the original location, with more walking space, and now there's a zone bowling, too! The game machines are pretty much the same ones from the original location, with some new ones in the mix. The prize section seems to be bigger than the original one, and ther... read more
