As a huge DDR fan, I really appreciate the effort the technicians put into maintaining the cabinet at TZ Knox. It is honestly the best-maintained machine in the state, and it really shows. Thank you for putting so much care into keeping it in top condition. The high quality of the machine has made TZ Knox the home of a really strong DDR community. My twin kids celebrated their 7th birthday here, and it was absolutely amazing! All the children and parents were so happy with the entire party. We booked three activities(bowling, arcade games, and laser tag)which kept everyone entertained. The whole party lasted 3 hours, including 45 minutes in the party room. Today we celebrated our children’s birthday parties (6 & 8) at zone and couldn’t be happier! Our hosts were Georgia and Lashana - the girls were absolutely fabulous! Nothing was too much work, problems and changes were navigated with ease and absolute positivity and they were just so sweet and accommodating! Great party!! The kids had the best time!! The staff were very welcoming and accommodating with great communication. The check in was smooth and easy. Our host Akeira was so sweet and played with the birthday boy and his friends ensuring they had the best experience.
