👎🏻 The venue looks great, but the service is the absolute worst in Melbourne. The only positive thing I can say about Timezone Southland is that it is nicely renovated. Beyond the aesthetics, the experience was profoundly disappointing. We had such an amazing time at Timezone Southland! We went there with our family friends and 4 kids, and they absolutely loved it.plenty of parking lots. There are so many different play areas and games suitable for kids of all ages, so everyone stayed entertained the whole time. One of the highlights was the interactive game room where kids run around following instructions and turning off lights,it was super fun and kept them active and engaged. Great atmosphere, lots of variety, and perfect for families. Highly recommend!

We just held our son's birthday party today at Timezone Southland and I have nothing but raving reviews. Customer service at Timezone Southland and even through phone and email correspondence was impeccable. The staff were helpful and prompt in answering my questions and helping me with my booking. Venue wise, the bowling alleys are clean and the arcade has many games to play. The only bummer was that sometimes the machines did act up (balls not found thus machine cannot work, rings didn't come out etc) but it was fun overal... read more

We had an amazing experience at Zone Bowling for our child's birthday party! Everything was so well organised, and the kids had an absolute blast from start to finish. She was friendly, energetic, and incredibly attentive, making sure all the kids were having fun and that everything ran smoothly. My son said he had a best birthday party ever, and I agreed. The venue is so new ,big and all the games are super fun. What makes it even more better, we had our very friendly party host Matilda H,she’s been so nice and helpful,she even helped looking after the kids before the party got started. And she’s been attentive for the whole time. We would definitely consider coming back here next year! Thank you.
